My car was over a week late and I wasn't reimbursed enough of the total to cover the rental car I had to keep. I also was unable to get a hold of the company on the expected day of delivery. When they finally delivered, it was after midnight on a Friday evening and I had to arrange someone else to receive it because I had a flight on the date of arrival.
Website works well, easy to understand.

When I called to book my order, I was quoted a different price. I did edit the city info but on line the booking price stayed the same when I got more specific from Cleveland to Strongsville. Not sure why and it was a bit frustrating speaking to the agent.
Our car was delivered a week later than promised and Roadrunner was horrible in that they NEVER returned my phone calls nor answered my emails.

Mr Garcia was extremely helpful when I called! The company failed to inform me over the phone that if I completed the order online that I would be charged an additional 100, which they refunded 5 to 7 days later!
The only thing I think could have been done better is to have more communication threw out the whole process.

The process is quick and easy. There was a delay of 2 days on my delivery time. Overall a good experience still.
Answer: Via the website it was pretty easy and they called once. But, when giving updates, they didn't call as promised and just emailed.
Answer: There are many shipping brokers and definitely do your research. I've shipped over 12 times and this has been the absolute worse experience I've ever had.
Answer: 8 days after I paid extra money than initially asked for
