On Serbia I ordered a ruger 9 mm carbeen, Their website stated that the product was in stock and would require 7 to 10 days for pick up. Today is February 21st, the item still has not shipped. After a nearly 40 minute phone call with customer service I am told that the item should ship before March but no guarantee. These people are sewing items that they don't have in stock And have no idea when they will receive them. I suggest never order any firearm from RK guns If you expect to receive it in a timely manner. RK gums is more than happy to take your money until you piss off and wait.
BUYER BEWARE. THIS PLACE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND GOD FORBID YOU HAVE A DEFECTIVE GUN. YOU ARE ON YOUR EDGE. YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER AND DEAL WITH THEM DIRECTLY WITH NO HELP OR SYMPATHY FROM THESE $#*!TARDS.
