Like most I dislike being sent adverts and flyers for items that are out of stock and, in many cases, have been out of stock for some time. However my real beef is that they use Norton as their online purchasing antivirus protection which is owned by Symantec. I find that laughably ironic as Symantec is on record as being anti 2A and has given money to anti gun organizations and it's officials have made many disparaging comments regarding the NRA and their members such as referring to them as NRAtards. In short, RKGuns is paying for services from an entity that is against your right to purchase firearms while selling firearms. Norton, through Symantec, then uses those profits to lobby against those very same guns. Either RKGuns didn't do their due diligence or doesn't have a problem with it.
Not good business,, should show out of stock in the ap,,, very disappointing, don't count on the website, if what you want is not at the store then don't count on rkguns. Sell you something that they don't have. Don't ever go through rk guns, you'll be very upset
I started dealing with RK GUNS on April of 2020. I bought the S&W 40 VE on -line for $279.00. $100.00 under my local gun store. RK had it in stock, where no other dealers had it in stock anywhere for any price. I received gun 10 days after placing order. Since then I have purchased 4 other firearms. RK has unbeatable $ prices as well as fast shipping. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RK GUNS FOR ON- LINE FIREARM ORDERS!
The worst place to buy a gun! I ordered a new hand gun from to rk gun and it Took longer than normal went to pick it up over a hour away and they tried to sale me a used pistol at a new price and it wasn't even the gun I ordered. Stay away bad Business
Do not order a gun online here. First they told me they were shipping it to my local RK store, and when I told them I wanted it shipped to another FFL the next day they cancelled my order. The gun was supposed to be a gift for my wife. And, all I got was sorry, but we cancelled it. Go somewhere else for your guns. Farm store should just stick to farm stuff.
I purchased a S&W Shield 9mm EZ last week from RK Guns. It was shipped to my FFL dealer in FL right on time with no issues plus the price was better than almost everyone.
I'd recommend RK Guns with no hesitation.
You can order online and pick up at store or buyvfrom what they have in stock. Done it both ways multiple times never had a problem. RK is the only way I order guns online anymore because of all the issues I have had elsewhere.
All good here. I have purchased many guns from them with no problems. Also have purchased many items that are shipped right to me with no issues.
I purchased a Bergara B14 Wilderness rifle and it has issues with the coating on the barrel. Contacted RK Guns and was told since I took possession of the gun there was nothing they can do. How would I know if their was issues with the gun if I didn't take possession. I have ordered many guns from them and this is how they treat a loyal customer when there's an issue. Buyer beware, if you buy a gun from them that has an issue is your problem. Never again. They just list a good customer.
Back all they sell -at least they do that in greensburg indiana--they are great to work with and know there product! ABSOLUTLY THE BEST PLACE TO BUY A GUN PERIOD!
Waited a month before gun was shipped to store Asked for refund was told would take 7-10 days for then an additional 3-5 days for processing very disappointed. Ordered from local gun shop received gun in 3 days
I ordered savage 212 on October 10th. Shoes delivery date of October 24th. Gun still not in. Called and they can't find my gun. Very poor customer service. I now have 500.00 of my money setting out there somewhere and nothing to show for it.
I ordered my gun online and it was shipped earlier than promised. Customer service was great. They provided me the information I needed. Had a great experience. Thank you Rk
Placed an order from RKGuns.com for a handgun. Handgun was in stock on the site. Placed my order, entered payment information, and selected FFL for the transfer that was already in their system. Received email on Friday stating RK needed updated FFL in 7 days or order would be cancelledy. Called the FFL & they forwarded information on Monday morning. That day, I receive an email stating the item was OOS. I called Customer Svc to inquire, and was informed that they "don't start processing orders until they have all the required info". So, didn't process until UPDATED FFL info was sent.
In other words, the handgun I ordered was sold out from under me because RK didn't have updated FFL info. If you want decent customer service, SKIP RKGUNS!
BTW... ordered the same handgun from a small shop, got a better price, and it was shipped the same day!
I'm not sure what all the stink is about on here. I ordered a rifle on Sep 9th, it arrived at the store on the 19th and everything went smooth. Tracking wasn't updating so I emailed customer service and got a reply and answer within 15 mins. Overall great experience not sure what all the nay sayers are whining about...
RK Associates are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Buying a guns there was a great experience. I will definitely be shopping there in the future.
Got an email on September 2 at 11am gun was in stock order completed at 1120 am order shipped September 4 at 730 am now it is 2.5 he from mattoon ill.to Lafayette in was shipped on rk truck called store at 4 pm they said they got 4 trucks that day but not my gun it would take upto 10 days the gun to arrive on 10th day no gun called customer service and on hold 2 hr hung up on after 1 hr the first time they have no idea were it is. The day after I ordered it the price raised 50 dollars and sold out again no way to track this is the 2nd time this year to get screwed by rk guns the first I ordered 1000 ends 9mm ammo in stock ready to ship and never got it after 3 months was told they were shipping ammo to stores first after I played for it I would have to wait until they got stores stocked first.
I've purchased three firearms from RK online I've had all three sent to a Rural King store and had no problems at all. Sales people at firearms counter were very friendly and helpful
I've purchased ammo from them 3 different time and sure there's a 10 day wait for shipping and then a few days later it at my door. Customer Service gets back to me every time I email them and I think I spoke to someone on the phone with no problem. My friend as well purchased ammo from them and no problems.
Received email on an item I wanted. Placed order on a Friday. Item shipped on a Tuesday and I received the email from the store the following Tuesday. A total of 8 days between order and pick up. Since the website said it would take 7 to 10 business days to process the order, I would rate the experience as excellent.
