DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are scam artists, they give you a quote which they don, t honour. There engineers stretch jobs out so they can charge you another hour, they over charge for materials and extras, i had a radiator i wanted moved 2 m i was charged £460. When i asked for a quote they said that sort of job shouldn't take more than an 1 hr i was charged for 3 hrs. Stay well clear of this company. I've had a complaint in with them since January and i still have not had a resolution. Their customer service team have got terrible attitude problems and argue with you. I've never experienced a company like it.

Requesting an engineer via their website was very simple and an added feature was uploading photos of the problem. The engineer arrived promptly, got straight on with the job and completed the task with ease. He then made sure everything was left clean and tidy and that I understood the paperwork.

I telephoned on Sunday and requested a pluming engineer for Monday. My appointment was booked in and confirmed and Roy (the engineer) arrived Monday as planned. He was polite and efficient and fixed my problem... a really nice guy who knew what he was doing.

Quick call out response, and friendly plumber who cleaned up after himself and seems to have done a good job.The only possible negative aspect is the labour charge which seems a lot to me, but admittedly, I don't know general cost that other companies charge. You may think to save a few pounds and not call these guys, I wouldn't. Several electricians later called RIGHTIO the chap identified the issue causing fuse box to trip repaired it and offered advice going forward brilliant service really friendly engineer

Warren Dando installed a combi-boiler for us when our old boiler died. He is extremely conscientious and checks and rechecks everything for safety. Our house is old with lots of stairs, not an easy job.

Your Engineer arrived at 2.50pm and was very polite and very helpful he found out immediately what was wrong. It was the radiator he is going to get me a quote. I did mention that the Care Club I could not get the details up on my computer and I said could you please send me the details through the post.

Precise plumber who fixed the problem quickly and well. Within the hour so no extended time needed only downside would have liked to have been kept better updated with the estimated time of arrival when the previous job overran.
However this has no way put me off using you again it was easy to contact you with good customer service and pre visit timings sent via my preferred method of using text service as previously said it was the final timings /updates that could have been better.
In conclusion a good outcome for both my tenants as a leak could be a worry to us both.

The engineer identified what the problem was immediately, and put it right without any difficulty on the spot. He explained clearly what the underlying cause of the problem was and how to deal with it if it ever happened again. I would definitely recommend.
