I went to order the gp corsa evo and accidentally ordered the gp corsa instead. I called support within 30 min and they told me I cant cancel and re order. Absolutely ridiculous. The return process the offered will take a ridiculous amount of time wasn't even worth trying

I've bought here before and it's always quick and intuitive when choosing parts you want to buy

Ordered tires on their easy to use website, on my door in 2 days with updates and tracking.

Once again I've had a good shopping experience by going there personally. Prices are great, additional items in store that are not online. I purchased an Airbag Vest and ankle boots at a great price.

There's a reason I buy parts online only and have a membership for/from this site.

Good products and customer service and pricing brands and deals

Very easy to match my bike to the parts so I knew they'd fit, which is awesome because I'm not super mechanically inclined. I got my parts within a few days and got them installed with some help of the ole YouTube. Couldn't be happier

A little expensive but you get what you pay for looks fantastic on my motorcycle

Was in need of a rear tire for my gixxer 1000. Ordered online. Used my zilla bucks. Got a discount and the tire arrived a day early!

Took a while to get and did not come with stated rebates, but customer service was responsive and ultimately provided the rebate promised in the promotion.

Always get my stuff quick but they were scratches on the Memphis shades hand guards I received

I give the site itself 5 stars but shipping made me rather angry. The product shipped within a day of placing the order but USPS took almost two weeks to get it to me. Then after it got to my local USPS center in STL, they shipped it to Chicago and I had to wait an extra 4 days before it was sent back to STL. They also opened my box at one of the distribution centers and didn't bother retaping it. So that's my only complaint. But other than that, there's tons of different products available so I'd order again and hope I have a way better experience with shipping.

Easy to find what I needed, everything is simple and got exactly what I ordered.

Ordered and received exactly as advertised great quality and fast shipping.

I like RevZilla and have used them often on for some time now, but the price is on the brake pads were definitely a little higher than some of the competitors

Purchased a Schuberth C3 Pro helmet. Revzilla was the only vendor I could find to offer this helmet in my size. Terrific helmet, but I had to return it. The size was right but it had extra pressure on the temple area and the chin strap was very uncomfortable (I prefer double D-Ring). Revzilla was terrific about the return and credit.

It's easy to shop at Revzilla. They're reliable and keep you posted about your order ship date, expected delivery date and so forth. The gloves I ordered are too small, so hopefully it'll easy to return items.
