So far have ordered a few items, and every one of them have come in perfectly packaged, and earlier than expected. Items all exceeded my expectations as far as quality and packaging.

I ordered 2 sizes because the sizing at rezilla is always off from what I would normally wear. The Small fit perfectly. It was nice to finally have pants with safety pads that I could wear over shorts and jeans I do wish there were zippers at the bottom of the legs so I didn't have to take my boots off to take these pants off.

I think these are excellent boots. I previously used the Icon Alcan WP CE Boots, which were outstanding—truly waterproof with solid lateral protection. After 20,000 miles (90% road and 10% off-road), it was time to retire them.
Comparing them to the KLIM Outlander GTX Boots, it's clear they're on a higher level of technology. They're much lighter, more comfortable for walking, and easier to wear all day. However, I feel the Icon offered better security for long highway rides. The Outlander seems better suited for day tours and daily use—very comfortable to walk in and noticeably lighter than the Icon.
Overall, I really like the KLIM. I would have preferred about an extra inch of ankle coverage and more front protection, but for everyday use they're excellent because they offer good protection without sacrificing comfort. For my long-distance rides, I plan to purchase the KLIM Adventure GTX Boots and keep both pairs for different purposes.

The primary tensioner works nice on a 2009 FLHR. Only issue I had which really wasn't an issue is adjusting it. The adjustment screw comes out the side and even with a ball tip Allen wrench I couldn't really get a bite on it to turn it. I ended up just pulling it off, moving it a notch or two until I got the desired play in the chain. Nice and QUIET now. I'll check it in a few thousand miles to see how it's doing.

I ordered a pair of riding shoes. Quality seems good enough. But the size chart, or the shoes themselves weren't true to size. The shoes were about 2 sizes too big despite choosing the right size from the chart. And unfortunately my girlfriend threw the box away not knowing that I was going to have to return them. When I contacted support I was informed I was S. O. L. And out a couple hundred bucks. But none of these things are inherently Revzilla's fault so I cannot really knock them for it. It was just a bummer with this being my first shopping experience with them.

SHOPPING AND SHIPPING ARE NEVER A PROBLEM WITH REVZILLA!
THE BOOTS are great, stiff but comfy right out of the box(they need a little more break in). Only criticism is they could use a little more stiffness on the left boot toe for upshifts, can feel the shifter on my big toe joint. I might just have to modify my shifting, got big feet.

Overall good tire by the looks haven't put it on yet but heard it's a good stunt tire so I'm assuming it's got decent grip when new right now I'm switching from the dunlops

Order face shield C5/S3, received and it wouldn't fit my helmet. My fault, I thought I had a S3, but I had a S2. Returned the face shield with no problems. Sorry for the mistake.

A little pricey but it came quickly and was what I ordered.My himilayian seems to breathe better but had some idle issues I thought it could be due to the air filter but no worries I got the product I ordered and revzilla accommodated me on the product I ordered.

I ordered a new brake rotor, bolts and tires. All got here atleast 2 days earlier than I expected them and the DOT dates on the tires are very recent which has been an issue with other tire orders for me.

I ordered a windshield bracket kit from Puig. When it arrived I saw that it was missing a bushing. I notified Revzilla immediately and gave them the part number from the diagram. So far I have received 3 emails asking for photos of the missing part. How do you take a photo of something that is missing? Now a week has gone by and still no resolution. Really Revzilla? Is this truly the best you can do?

Inspite of having ordered the material at once, material was shipped in 2 separate lots. This made me shell out additional levies by Fedex for individual clearance. This would have been avoided had it been consolidated at Revzilla. I had similar orders seamlessly shipped from Carpimoto, Fc-moto.de and bmw europe-moto earlier. Not sure I will be back ordering through Revzilla again
