Great shopping experience, easy and quick. USPS was screwed up, so took a few days longer than expected but I wouldn't hold that against the company.

I've been ordering from revzilla for 10 years now. From apparel to parts and they've never let me down yet. I've called a gear geek for advice and they were most helpful. Shipping is always faster than expected, but that may be due to the area of the country I live in (Ohio).

I was able to search website, find the item I wanted, and checkout. Item arrived early and as expected.

Purchase very small items ok good product, but the shipping cost was in my opinion was excessive. I know that my product cost when compared to other companies. This company adds more $ to the shipping cost for their greater profit.

My item was delivered damaged. Called customer service sent them a picture they told me to keep the item and overnighted me another one free of charge. I wish more companies would take care of an issue like they did. Thanks again

I've only used Revzilla for a very short amount of time, but with the orders I've done, the shipping has been hyper fast. I think the only reason the ship put the next day is because I've always put my order in like an hour or two before closing. These guys mean business. Also, at least for the Icon stuff I've ordered, they've literally been delivered the next day, expect one thing, the Ultraflite Ultrashield. The shipping facility for the two other items I ordered were like less than an hour from me lol. I'll always rock with Revzilla from now on.

I went in person to cycle gear and tried on multiple helmets for my large head. I found the perfect one for fit but they didn't have it in stock in the color I wanted. I put my email on the website to be notified when the helmet came in stock and they emailed me the next week and I purchased the helmet as soon as I was notified. Super fast shipping. The helmet is perfect and exactly what I wanted. Thanks for a great experience.

I really love Rozella, but when I received a magnetic oil pan drain screw, ordering on the recommendation of a Revzilla employee who believed it would fit my bike, and it did not fit, I never received a response to two emails I sent asking about my return options.

Very simple to order from and pricing is pretty great from what I've researched. Fairly decent options from what I've seen.

I bought a Dunlop front tire for my 1986 Honda Magna. The Revzilla website made it real easy to find the right tire and the price was good. I appreciated the free shipping and the tire arrived in 5 days.Having the relationship with Cycle Gear made mounting and balancing easy as there is a location not too far from me. 7 to 10 day turn around was a little long however. All in all I'm very pleases with the purchase.

I never have to worry about anything Revzilla - the product arrives in a timely manner and if I've had to return anything, the process is clear cut and the refund in handled quickly and without difficulty.

I ordered the NRCTail Tidy and couldn't be happier with it. It was everything i expected and the install was a breeze. The only compliant I have is with the shipping. If we could choose who to have it shipped with, like UPS or FedEx, it would be great. FedEx is ALWAYS late with their deliveries. Give us a choice of who we want it shipped with and it would make the buying experience perfect.

Ordered some barkbuster hand guards for my transalp and they send me the wrong part but I still get charged for having to return the part.
