Ordered online and had it shipped directly to dealer for installation.

I ordered an item and it came 3 days later with no damage and good packaging.

Shipping was fast shopping/ordering experience was pretty easy…But… the part I ordered was disappointing as far as quality goes… feels kinda cheap on the bike… I'm not trying to be negative I just expected better quality for the $…

Windscreen came very well packed in air bags. Received in perfect condition.

My shipping status never even showed that the item had shipped at all until well after the item was delivered. Make no mistake -- I don't mean that the tracking on the courier's side didn't update. The courier's tracking worked fine. But I only could track it because I have an existing account with the courier and was notified that the package was on its way. But on the Revzilla website, there was no indication that the item had shipped.

Love Revzilla for motorcycle gear and their customer service is fantastic. I had an order that want going to arrive within the 2 day shipping window I selected. I didn't get it on time but, Rey, the customer service rep I spoke with went out of his way to try and expedite it. Even though the shipping time didn't work out this is one of the few companies that still treat customers like they are valued. I really appreciate that and will continue to but from and recommend Revzilla.

Good website. The helmets we were looking for were available in the size and color we needed. Everything shipped (drop shipped, I think) to us quickly, and undamaged.

Said 3-5 days to ship out a GASKET. Took 7 days to ship and I still have not received it 5 days later. Going on two weeks from day of purchase. Customer service is terrible and won't help you. If you need something quick don't order from this site. Never again will I waste my time on this site.

Everything i order is always perfect and exactly how it was described only complaint is i ordered shocks awhile back and opened them up took one out and held it up to my bike and decided it was gonna be too tall, revzilla wouldn't return it because "it had attempted to be installed" it's not that big of a deal i get it's there policy was just kind of annoying

I made the order for some tires around noon and the next day the tires where at my door. Did not expect that. A +

Everything was fine until a manufacture's defect. That is not revzilla's fault, but the speed in which was handled was unacceptable.

I tired a seller from Amazon but a snap fell off the shirt as I pulled it out of the shipping bag. All products I have received from Revzilla are top quality. The measurements have been accurate. As a petite woman rider, I very much appreciate finding good quality safe riding gear that fits.

Hard to find the boots on the website, even with filters. Found them on Forma website, then ordered them through Revzilla. Love the boots. Wish I'd found these before I learned how to handle a heavy bike. Would gave saved my shin and ankle!

Works as intended. A must have for servicing perches.

I use Revzilla for the majority of my motorbike needs and the revzilla cash I accumulated got me some Engine Ice coolant for free which is nice!
