1 - Box came damaged. It looked like it had been re-taped multiple times. I've bought Arapovic exhaust headers from Revzilla before, box looked good and no fitment issues. This had to be a prior return item.

2 - Three of the four header flanges did not fit. After realizing the fitment issue, I put my bike back together and sent everything to Revilla for a refund (lost 13 hours of my time).

I needed shocks and you had them for a good price, I shopped around a lot like I always do and you guys came through.

I ordered boots and received the correct item correct size on promised date.

Ordered a pair of gloves that ended up not fitting even though I followed sizing instructions to the letter. To Revzillas credit they didn't charge me for return shipping. That's what I call great customer service.

I ordered two tires, in stock and supposed to ship within 24 hours. Five days later the order status is still processed only with no shipping information. Somehow I received one tire however could not get a hold of anyone to get information about the other one. No emails and phone calls were answered. Finally after 30+ minutes wait someone picked up the phone. Did not get an answer, just a promise to follow up.

Works Fine. Ducati Scrambler 800 needs a stainless steel rod through the axle which gives maybe a half inch between the tire and the floor. Just enough for chain maintenance.

The product I purchased was packaged well but was roughed up like it had been used or stored improperly. I reported the damage and they eventually followed up with multiple options to resolve the issue.
