Order was processed quickly and I received product on time. The only odd thing was I received order before I got notice it was shipped

I received my tire within two days, however, it took over a week to receive my brake pads, despite claiming that they would be shipped out within 24 hours.

This will be my third set of Mitas EO-7+ tires for my 2021 Yamaha Tenere with 26k. These tires are easy 10,000 miles tires! Great on dirt roads & paved roads….ok in the sand & mud.

Revzilla is great. The over-the-top sales language from Sturgeon can get a little tiresome (Anthony can't be duplicated; there can only be one). Recommend trimming back on the adjectives; You'll still have a useful product review without turning off the seasoned riders in the audience. The e-mail notices sometimes suggest weird things. I'm a sportbike / track nerd. I've never even sat on a cruiser or even dared to enter a HD store. Fat old men in a$$less chaps scare me. But Revzilla periodically tries to sell me handlebar tassles and chrome thingies. I know I have to get old but Lemmy's fashion and fitness program are not in my outlook. Anyways, the a) inventory, b) site navigation, c) ease of check out, d) shipping velocity, e) rewards program and f) return process set a high bar in the industry. Keep up the great work (but don't become obsessed with growth like Starbucks did and lose your way).

I ordered a set of bolts for my motorcycle clutch spring that I COULD have gotten from a dealership already.
The shipping label was created on June 6th 2023 and overnight would have delivered June 7th. I looked at tracking and according to the tracking it was not even picked up on June 6th. I chatted with Revzilla on June 7th and they said that I WOULD be getting it on June 7th. Of course that did not happen.
So this morning I looked at tracking again. STILL no update or acknowledgement of the package even being picked up. I chatted with Revzilla again and they said "you will be getting it today" and then another chat and they said "FedEx must have missed the pickup scan so it will be delivered tomorrow".
ALL I have gotten is the run-around with them in regards to my packages and no one will give me actual answers or try to fix anything.

I always enjoy buying from revzilla! They treat me well and always have.

Found it, ordered it, got it! There is not much more to say. The jacket is awesome and plan on using it this summer.

1 - Box came damaged. It looked like it had been re-taped multiple times. I've bought Arapovic exhaust headers from Revzilla before, box looked good and no fitment issues. This had to be a prior return item.

2 - Three of the four header flanges did not fit. After realizing the fitment issue, I put my bike back together and sent everything to Revilla for a refund (lost 13 hours of my time).

I needed shocks and you had them for a good price, I shopped around a lot like I always do and you guys came through.
