Always a good experience shopping and ordering from Revzilla.

I've a week now just waiting on my order to ship. They take your money then have your order sit in "processed" so you cannot cancel to get your money back but they're not shipping to give me my order. I'll never use this company again. Zero customer support, just a bot.

I had a problem with a previous tire that I felt was a warranty situation. After a few emails Christopher L. Helped me resolve the issue and Revzilla issued me a store credit to purchase a new tire. Chris went above and beyond to help make this happen. Thanks again!

RevZilla does indeed service it's house brands, witch is more than I have experienced with other brands.

I got a full face HJC helmet at a really good price. It arrived at a good time and it fits like it's supposed to.

Everything came as planned, one little hiccup with a part defect, but customer service immediately sent out a new part. Greatly satisfied! Thanks Guys!

Quick straightforward process, but….
I would expect free shipping for values over $50, also took 8 days to deliver from the day I ordered. Sorry but Amazon has spoiled us all.

Just started riding with my friends and this site was perfect for me to be informed about all the options I had for gear. I was able to make a decision and get everything I needed at the same site.

Everything went well until time to deliver the product. The site claims to "ship within 24 hours of purchase" which was nice because Kriega is in Europe and I just needed some replacement straps for a dry pack by Kriega.

Unfortunately it took over a week to actually ship while my order did start the shipping process within 24hours it 100% hadn't been physically placed into the hands of anyone to make it to me until a week later. Which was a big reason I hadn't looked anywhere else because revzilla claimed to ship in 24 hours and was in the US.
