Revzilla has always been my go-to motorbike store, the inventory is well-stocked and there's always a good brand selections. The buying process is easy, and shipping is fast. Reliable and well-packed, goods are received in excellent condition. Will always go back to Revzilla on my next purchase :)
Ordering was easy, and shipping was fast. My order was gloves and 5 qts of oil. The oil was put in a plastic bag and placed in a box much bigger then the contents with no extra protection. The oil got banged around and one of them leaked. Thankfully I only needed 4.5 qts. The gloves shipped separate. Had they been in the same box, I would have been highly upset. I would have preferred slower lead times for shipping so someone would take the time to package the products properly.

They make the process simple and easy cause they want you to be out riding as much as you want to be out riding.
Great Selections and decent prices.i had a flat tire and needed to replace the tire quickly because I commute for work on my bike. RevZilla had what I needed and shipped it quickly. I was even able.to get the tire mounted on the rim at my local Cycle Gear store with a discount and next day service. Great experience.
Received package but it was missing a piece. Emailed pictures right away and sent it to them. Have not heard nothing for days now. Disappointed.
I called when I my credit card was charged twice the lady told me the first one was just a hold and the other one would drop off then I called twice to say they have two different order numbers trying to catch it before they shipped she said I don't think I can catch it it shipped twice and you'll just have to return it when you get it
I had a need. They had the item. I ordered it and it was delivered. All in a timely manner and only got one email to explain the process. Not 3 telling g me to show it off to them or same questions over and over. Trust me if I has an issue I would of said something to them.
