I've been shopping from revzilla for a while now. Whether it is bike parts or riding gear, most of it can be found here. I do wish they had more OEM options for newer bikes, but most of it is aftermarket.

Items shipped and were received in a reasonable amount of time. Items are as described.

Fair prices, easy and informative. TBH, I would've bought an Arai Corsair-X had you had it in my size.

Order servo buddy said would ship in 4-6 business days waited 7 businessdays not shipped then said would ship 4 days more not happy ordered from sport bike track gear and he guaranteed it to ship with in 24 hrs

Contacted customer service about a delivery the USPS delivered to the wrong address. They advised me on how to proceed and the problem was quickly worked out.

Needed a quick rear tire due to picking up a nail. They had what I needed in stock and very quickly shipped it.

The helmet is awesome. Shipped right away. Followed the size guide and it fits like a champ. Love the internal sunvisor even though it's a full face helmet. It's a fantastic helmet. Looks great, rides great. Got to me here in Colorado in just a couple days. Can't go wrong with Revzilla! I'm a long time customer and huge fan. So what are you waiting for? Just buy one already. Geez.

Easy to find the helmets and the info on the helmets. My only issue is I was told it worked with glasses. It is not that great with them.

Ordered an upgrade to my existing kit- pair of riding jeans, two sets of gloves. I got an email later on stating that my jeans had been canxed and I would be refunded (no reason or attemtp to contact me was made). I had to call to find out that the reason was "there was no armor". Well...I have extra sets of armor. Could have easily bought some, too, if I had been given the opportunity/chance. Instead, my dream pair of jeans was just made unavailable. I didn't want the gloves without the jeans, so I cancelled the entire order. Two stars for the on the phone experience.

Ever since complaining about a missing package, I can no longer order on Revzilla or Cyclegear websites using any transaction besides a wire transfer due to being shadow banned. This is besides all the other issues I've had with customer service & their lack of assistance/support. I think this is extremely poor customer service & I will continue to avoid these sites/this company by any means.
