Ordered a pair of boots and was between sizes and unsure between color choices. Turned out the pair I ordered was too big and I didn't care for the color. Sent them back for a refund and ordered what I needed without issue.
Searching and browsing are easy. Checkout is fast. The FP4 arrived in perfect condition. After plugging in to the bike's data port ensure you have the key set to the ignition position not accessory. Press the off-run switch to the run position. The FP4 may need to download a firmware update. I could not do much with the FP4 until the firmware updated and installed. After the update the FP4 worked perfectly. No complaints - great purchase.
I would recommend this site to anyone. They are extremely honest and accommodating. I ordered a helmet that turned out to be too small and they gave me no problems whatsoever returning it for the next larger size.
The item I ordered was only available at Revzilla or an authorized Rukka dealer. They even conceded and price matched the item which in all honest they should have done since they have it advertised at a higher price than on the Rukka website. Purchased, shipped and received within a few days.

Product has a mild white stain over the surface, i dont know what it is but I just wiped out with a tissue.
This brand sells only black colored bags so please better be careful on white stains. Except that, it was a fast delivery and nice product.
My order was supposed to ship within 24 hours, it didn't ship for a week. It then didn't show up for another full week. I'll definitely find parts somewhere else next time
