Ultimately, the replacement battery was received and I was able to execute my warranty, however, it was a long and painful process. I was never able to get anyone either on the phone or via email to list out exactly what would be required on my end to exercise the warranty, and so it led out to Long unnecessary process where every time I would complete one thing I would be asked to do something different when I could've saved everyone a lot of time and a lot of energy and I just been provided with all of the information on day one like I had request
Boots for my wife were too loose. Was told I could return/exchange at Cycle gear and this was not true. The system is not set-up to function yet. Had to call Revzilla to get an RMA. Pain in the butt.

Very easy to use website...products what I was looking for...lil disappointed couldn't use discount code...but it is what it is..
It took them 10 days from the time I placed the order (Tue, Oct 17th) to the time I received the items. The package was not even passed onto the UPS until Mon, Oct 23rd - 5 days after the order was placed. The items could have been dropped into an envelope and sent via USPS and it would hve taken less time. WTF?

Lead times indicate when item should ship not arrive to you. It was with the carrier and on its way to you on the 10/21. As always, Ride safe.
