I've shopped at Revzilla for many years and have bought a majority of my moto things from them. I have been very satisfied with the overall quality and shopping experience from them. They fall extremely short is the apparel department. Revzilla does not have an apparel exchange program and sizing guides are a joke. Apparel item sizing can vary from size to size. If you need a different size, tough, you are stuck with having to return the item (and wait up to 3 business days to receive your money back) and pay for return shipping for the item. Its almost 2024 and Revzilla does not have a program that provides its customers the ability to purchase and exchange an item if it doesn't fit. Sure, you could go to Cycle Gear and try an item on but they won't have it in stock. This is a big issue that Revzilla needs to address. Offer your customers an exchange program.
Placed the order on Friday and received the item the following Monday, was very fast and easy!

These are my first riding boots and I adore them! Trying to find out what size to get without actually being able to try them on is. Sketchy. After a lot of research, I ordered them in size 37 and they fit me perfect. I usually wear size 6.5 US women's. The quality is top tier. Can't wait to ride many rides in these!

Paying for shipping on an exchange, not a return, is a really hard pill to swallow. The fact that they expect me to not only pay for shipping but to BUY the item again while I return the other one is also ridiculous. So now I have paid twice for the same item just in a different size. I'm sure the refund will show up in a week or two but that system is not very customer friendly. Oh and the "promo" code they gave me apparently didn't work on my item either. Another thing is the price match deal. I found the exact same jacket on another site $20 cheaper but... I sat on hold for 30 minutes and no one picked up to even honor the price match. I'm sure not all experiences are this bad but this one hit me on 3 different levels. Not happy.

The experience was good, but the tires that you receive will probably come from a warehouse or a different motorcycle company, and the dates are probably the oldest stock so that they don't become outdated.
