Great. Received on time from back order. Nice people and good service.

Ordered a pair of Dainese Gore Tex gloves for an upcoming ride. Found out I would not get them in time so I contacted customer service to cancel the 2nd day delivery. Guess what? Got them ahead of time allowing me to stick to my ride's timeline, thank you!

Fast and right off my phone! Unfortunately the courier sucked - and the product was almost lost.

Two items had to be returned. Revit Tornado 3 riding pants and jacket for my wife. They were way too small. I liked the sale price for the items, but I waited for more than one month before FedEx delivered my riding Tornado 3 riding jacket. That was kind of frustrating because I was waiting for my jacket to arrive before I sent my wife's riding gear back. By the time my jacket arrived, RevZilla was out of stock for the sizes that would have fit my wife. RevZilla may want to use UPS instead of FedEx.

It's a bit confusing at first to understand the price of a full set of tires. Once I got the hang of it, it took some clicks to find the one right for me. Arrived within the week. Over all great experience.

I ordered the LS2 Advantx helmets for my wife and I and we are both very happy with the fit and colors. The only down side was that mine came a week later than hers did but overall very happy with the purchase.

I'm happy with my jacket and the buying process. However, I live in Hawaii, and the shipping has been complicated on this and previous purchases. When I purchased it would not let me give a PO Box for delivery. So I gave my physical address. Free shipping took over 3 weeks to get here and was delivered at the post office where my PO Box is. They said they almost sent it back. Revzilla needs to realize that when you send an item ground shipping on USPS to Hawaii, it literally goes on the ship. This is new as of about a year ago. Please update your system.

Ordered two windshields for a utv. The front was perfect, fit and finish! The rear windshield needed to be returned. The folks I talked to in the service department were very understanding and quickly resolved the issue and it was returned, no problems! Thankyou!
