Fir could have been better!

A 34 x 32 usually fits, but I had to buy a 36 x 32. Although the hip fits okay, the rest doesn't. Fit is not that great! But still decided to keep it.

My experience was terrible. I had a trip planned. I'd go riding with some friends. My helmet showed up the same day I was supposed to leave and was used and damaged. I had to cancel my trip and found out. I've got my over $200 reservation, where the hotel was non-refundable. This transaction lost me money and time.Then I can't get back. Not only that, but the FedEx drop locations near me are not trustable. So I had to drive my helmet almost an hour out of way, just to return it back to you. I will be awaiting a full refund and I will no longer be using it. Revzilla, or any of your affiliated sites to buy anything. So I get my money back. I will be purchasing the helmet from amazon as well as any other items. I need from here on out.

Started a little rough because I paid for next day delivery but the package was sent out as a normal delivery. I was a little PO but because of there network was able to get the jacket I wanted at cycle gear. Once the order came came in I was easily able to return it to cycle gear and credited back the money for next day delivery and the cost of the original purchase. Everyone makes mistakes and Revzilla easily corrected theirs

What else could I want?
The tires that I needed were only available as 'front'; and none were available as 'rear', when in fact the tires I ordered are marked front and rear, with only the rotational direction differing.
If I had no known that, I'd have shopped elsewhere. Inadequate data entry is losing you sales.

Revzilla and parent company commoto are extremely unprofessional, and I have had a complete unsatisfactory experience with their customer service and supervisors. I was hung up on more than five times within one hour, trying to talk to a supervisor. I was told, please hold. We are connecting you with a supervisor every time I hear a hello or nothing at all and then the phone call hangs up. This is extremely fishy conduct that is unethical by these corporations. I bought an Alpine jacket, size 52, like previous Alpine jackets, I have purchased from Cycle. Gear. Upon trying it on the shoulders and chest was too small. Cycle gear, manager Alex told me to come down to the store to find the proper size to exchange it. Upon attempting to exchange, he said he couldn't do it because it was a close out item. We called customer service and they said send me a picture to confirm. It is in brand new condition with labels, and I did and that a shipping label would be given to me. However, it was denied because it was a close out item. I called corporate center, and every time they would transfer me to someone once that person answered the phone. It automatically hung up. These corporations are running their business like a game. They figure if they continuously hang up on their customers that they will eventually give up. I have never experienced this with any corporation. I have done business with. I will no longer do business with cycle. Gear revzilla and komodo company, along with my twenty group writing members.And we will pass the word. These corporations, we'll give you the runaround anything to make sure they don't refund any money. And all I wanted was store credit, and I was still going to purchase a jacket that fit me and paid an additional $200, but it was refused. I am utterly unsatisfied and I will express it to anyone. I encounter who rides motorcycles to not do any business with cycle. Gear rabzilla or komodo corporations. Unfortunately, that has been my experience and then they love to use the word.Unfortunately. This is unethical business practice, it's a joke.

I can understand how discouraging it must feel to run into those challenges, especially when you were hoping to simply exchange your jacket for the right size.

We do have a 90-day return policy in place, and closeout items are excluded from return or exchange once that window has passed. Because your purchase fell outside of that timeframe and was a closeout product, we weren’t able to make an exception in this case. I realize that’s disappointing, particularly since your intent was to continue shopping with us and put that credit toward another jacket.

We’ll be sharing your feedback with our customer service leadership team so they can review the difficulties you faced when trying to get assistance. It’s important to us that every rider feels supported and respected, and your comments will help us identify areas where we can improve.

I messed up. They fixed it

After reviewing several tires, I decided which one to get but I misread the size when ordering. After an embarrassing visit to the cycle shop for mounting, I drove home and was able to quickly arrange for a return (No questions!) and get a label for shipping back. I then ordered the correct tire and had it in a few days. THIS is the great service that keeps me coming back.

TKC 70 tires

My experience was good, yet slightly unusual from my past Revzilla experiences. The tires came shipped separately, and the back tire arrived several days after the front tire and in a box. Nothing bad to report here, just strange. This is the fourth set of tires, in three states, that I've ordered, and the only ones sent or packaged like this. Both tires were not damaged, and they are currently mounted and balanced on the bike. Communication about the order was excellent, and the Revzilla review of these tires are spot on.
