I ordered four parts. One was shipped the next business day and three were shipped within one week. I received everything I ordered and everything fit properly.

All my experiences with RevZilla have been positive.

The headlight bulb works great. The turn signal bulbs changed the flash frequency and were a weird color even though it was white bulbs through a colored lens. I know there's a resistor or something to help with the LED bulbs, but I just don't want to mess with it.

Nice Pipes and intake (Vance & Hines) Plus FP4 Tuner. Replaced the stock equipment on a 2022 FLFBS 114 Fatboy. Directions supplied could have used some tweaking But all in all an easy one man operation. Everything fit and worked great. Love the sound of the short shots! You can feel the boost in performance from stock.

Revzilla has fallen from what it used to be. Lots of out of stock, slow drop shipping. Unfortunately, they are still the dominant game in town or else I would have gone elsewhere.

Everything in the ordering process went very well. I subscribed to the RevZilla e-mail and text expecting to receive 10% off on my first order, but when I entered the code I was sent, it said the item I was purchasing did not qualify. I wouldn't have saved a lot of money, but still I was disappointed. I was very delighted however, with how quickly I received my order. I ordered with standard shipping on Friday at about 3 P.M., and UPS delivered my package at 9 A.M. Saturday!

Great support system, found from YouTube videos, Solid gear for a solid price, can't be said any other way. Helmet was a little tight so I may size up next time, however not actual gear or merchandise issue.

Parts packaged and shipped in an awesome manner and received in a timely manner. Did not have to wait for an extreme amount of time for my parts to be received.

Givi removable case should have a handle in the first place. Not Revzilla's fault.

However, when I purchased the bike new, the OEM Suzuki battery was made in Japan. This one was made in Taiwan. I would've like to have received the actual OEM battery as expected.

The CRG blindsided is a very good product for the money and Revzilla customer service is second to none.

I want to start with that any one who hides behind fine print is hoping no one reads it. Revzilla is deceptive in listing items as being in stock when they actually are not in stock but available from the manufacturer " In Stock, Ships in 5-7 working days" isn't factual. What it means per the fine print is that they do not have it in stock but will need to order it from the manufacturer and they may or may not be able to ship it out in 5-7 working days. I've been a long time customer of Revzilla and Cycle Gear, but since they all merged or were bought out by a large conglomerate the customer service has declined big time. When I called to find out about when an item I ordered would ship the customer service agent's only answer was to show me the fine print. When I mentioned they lost a customer all he said was to ask if there was anything else he could do for me.
