I've shopped on RevZilla a number of times and I'm always happy with the quality and variety of the products for sale. There's usually lots of reviews to read through, and they fulfill and ship orders quickly.

The shield that I ordered was supposed to have tear off post mount it to the shield tear off post did not come with a shield

I didn't have any issues with the ordering or the product, I recommend them to whoever I ride with.

Easy to use. Found the parts I wanted and checked out. Had them in 4 days.

Got a stacyc brand new in the box. Put it together 4yo got on it to go and nothing. Called Revzilla wouldn't do an exchange. Had to call stacyc and waited a week for new motor and esc that I had to replace myself. Again brand new! 4yo was devastated.

Some of the product descriptions are lacking in detail such as abrasion ratings for a lot of gear.

I was looking for a phone mount for my motorcycle and the website said it would fit my bike but when I got the part in, I realized I needed a different mount from the one I put hased

I ordered the wrong size jacket. And when I called to have it returned, the gentleman on the phone helped me exchange it for the right size.(so I thought.) you should never trust an old fool. Because he didn't know his own size.
But they still sent me two return boxes with paid shipping and I sent them back both the jackets and ordered the one I wanted(in the right size) and still managed to get it at the discount price.
Had my refund within a matter of days, and am very happy both with my jacket and the amazing service at Revilla.
Frankly, I expected them to charge me for at least one of the returns, but they didn't. Could be part of the reason I still shop there year after year.

Easy, quick and painless. Parts readily aviablei have foot boards and an extender brake to give the bike a more control s toward rude. This will not allow me to put the engine guard rollers on

I just wanted to let you know, the brake master rebuild kit I order from you had aluminum bits inside the plunger, it was not clean properly after it was manufacture.
I had to disassemble, clean the edges of the holes to remove material that was not cut all the way, I also found bits inside, look to me that it was pushed in and not removed after production was done. I am glad that it did not cut any of the rubber O rings.

Very easy and quick purchase. Shipping was really quick and the helmet fit was as expected.
