Good deal and prompt shipping!
The rewards program is a great deal if you like reordering from RevZilla!
Good deals and I am a Veteran so I appreciate you recognizing those who serve the Country.
I was sent the wrong tire two times even though the label had the correct description of what I ordered. First time with issues.
Good product descriptions, quick results, and, with the few times I've needed to talk, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. However, it's amazing and frustrating the number of times the product I want is out of stock.
Easy website to navigate it be nice if they would put more pictures of the helmet at different angles I don't like how the visor comes down with high winds!
Well they're 13 inch shocks they fit I adjusted them mid range. Haven't been out riding yet. Been waiting for the weather to be nice but they have to be better than the pieces of crap that were on there. I'm sure they will be just fine. I have progressive fork cartridges. And I'm very satisfied with them.
I'm curious as to why my order cannot be sent to my Post Office Box where I have received Revzilla orders in the past. I am having to use a friend's physical address because the last time I tried to receive an order at my own physical address, the shipper would not deliver it to my physical address and the order was sent back to Revzilla. I was pretty bummed out.
Not much to describe. I ordered a tanklock adapter and accidentally had it shipped to my old address where someone stole it from the porch.
So many products to choose from. It takes a while to settle on one.
I got a gift certificate in the mail. It was plastic, and shiny, and attached to cardboard, and just marvelous! Can't wait to glue it to my helmet.
Another great purchase from Revzilla. The product I ordered arrived with a manufacturing defect, and Revzilla had a replacement to me in two days! Excellent customer service!
I like Revzillas pricing and variety
Having a tough time with tire selection. Many out of stock. Yep, only a few available. Luckily I found a set that was acceptable.
I've always had good experiences with rev. Price is always been the best from what I've seen and the parts system has always been accurate
I've been shopping with Revzilla for three tears. I've only had one issue and it was taken care of. Happy with the service.
I was surprised Revzilla no longer offers free shipping on orders for this amount.
Every time I have ordered product from RevZilla.com they have always delivered in a timely manner and the product is always as advertised. I would never hesitate to order anything from RevZilla.
For sizing reference, I am 5'10" 185lbs (muscular build no beer gut) and ordered the XL. I read reviews that A*'s tend to fit small so I took that advice and am super happy with the over all fit. I was in the market for a jacket that is more appropriate for my riding style. I ride with a lot of friends that love doing moderate to heavy off roading, some camping, and longer BDR trips on our ADV's. I wanted something comfortable in the warmer months/slow off road situations as well as something that will be warm and dry when we get caught in a rain shower when its ~43° like we happened to last month. I ordered the jacket in late February and got it early March. For reference I am in central WV where the weather this time of year will be in the 70s one day and snowing the next, which turns out to be perfect for some tests in the new Botoga. The rain liner works super well, and have yet to have a cold enough day to have the thermal liner in just yet. What surprised me the most was how well it breathes. The airflow is plenty for me and the excess vents help tons. The CE2 armor feels planted and not intrusive in the slightest. If I had to dig deep for a gripe about this, it would be that the forearm area of the sleeves are slightly tight. Opening the zippers there solves that problem immediately. I love this thing.
Ya'll are my go-to for about 98% of my bike related purchases. Website and customer service are top notch - thanks for everything
Rev has all the brands and at the best prices around. Delivery is usually within a couple of days, sometimes even sooner. Customer service was greatwith refund (price was lowered a couple days after I got my order).
Good overall, always get things at a decent price, and fast shipping. Don't like the fact that it cost 10 to return an item but it is what it is.
I hate that Revzilla is part of a corporate monopoly now, and that Cycle Gear stores are snobbish toward Harley riders, ("we don't sell novelty helmets here", the salesman said upon seeing my Harley hoodie, when I was shopping for the Neotec.) But I've had good luck with getting quick shipping and customer service with Revzilla but honestly I like supporting brick and mortar small businesses.
Website is easy to use. I was easily able to find boots I liked and checkout
