Customer service was exceptional. There was confusion regarding the quantity of the order. Once ordered, the email stated that two items were being shipped. I interpreted that to mean I may have inadvertently ordered two helmets, since I was going back and forth looking at helmets on other websites and may have put it in my cart twice and paid for two, yet the cost was listed for one. I sent an email and received a response the following day that it was only for one helmet. I'm not sure why the email stated that it was sending two items, but all turned out well.

I purchased my Shoei J-Cruise II helmet during the 2024 Daytona Bike Week at the Revzilla vendor tent at the Daytona International Speedway. It was shipped to my home where I tested it on a 85 mile ride on various roads at varying speeds. It did just as well as my Shoei Neotech II. I purchased it for summer riding as the temps are high in Florida. The staff at the vendor tent were extremely helpful. My purchase was seamless and quick. My helmet arrived at my home before I did. I've ordered lots of times over the years and I have always been satisfied.The items I bought were replacements and on closeout, and match existing bags I already have. I figured that I better order replacements for my worn out gear before they were no longer available. The Cortech super tank bag 2.0 is different than my original; the new one doesn't expand like the last model (of the same name!) did. I've owned the Cortech super 2.0 tank bag, tail bag, and saddlebags for years, and would have a 5 star review if the zippers were better. It's a shame to need a tank bag replacement just because the zipper is broken.

I ordered a screw for my read turn signal on my 03 suzuki VL800 and it fits. It's yummy

Easy to look for parts and accessories and easy to place order

Was easy purchasing the gps unit. I had been waiting for a price reduction for over a year. Looked on line 1 day and saw a sale, so i purchased it. It would be nice if revzilla send out sales information with product details ahead of time.

Ordered (paid) for 2 Michelin motorcycle tires. However, only 1 tire delivered. Upon inquiry, was informed that the 2nd tire was no longer available.

I haven't ordered much, as I'm still new to riding, but I love me some RevZilla. Always easy to find what I need/want. Helpful staff, too. I got my boots and my Cardo in good time. I was a little confused that my boots came from a semi-local business, called Commonwealth Motorcycle instead of RevZilla, itself.
They fit decent and will do so even better after some break in. Quite happy with both of my items.

I chose the wrong size glove and was very tardy getting around to returning them. RevZilla was very accommodating and I ultimately got the right size.

The site made it easy to find the tires I was looking for, and at the best price I've seen. Purchase was easy and they were delivered in less than a week. The recommended installation location was expensive though, even more than the local Harley dealer.
