Really need more technical details on some of the parts and brands. While they are often very good, it takes utilization of many other resources before one can sometimes know to buy from revzilla. This info would be quite helpful if available with the parts. Unlike experts in motorbike parts, I'm a layman of sorts.

I had returned a product that did not fit my motorcycle. I decided to ship the product back myself and did absorb the shipping cost. I sent RevZilla a note, and thanked them for the $9.99 shipping label that I should have used, instead of spending more by shipping it back myself.
I was contacted by Misty at RevZilla and informed that I would have likely been credited for the shipping, since this was my first return. I was then given ZillaCash and I used it the next day to buy a windscreen for my BMW. The windscreen has changed my motorcycling life - it is absolutely perfect.
RevZilla stands behind their products. This company has exceeded my expectations, which is saying a lot!
I ordered a pair of shoes based on the European sizing given in the size guide on RevZilla. The shoes that I received were multiple sizes smaller than what I had thought I was purchasing. I was told by customer support that instead of using the information on the RevZilla website that I should just use the manufacturer's website. So now I have reordered a replacement product from the manufacturer. I really wish that I could continue using RevZilla because it's nice having multiple brands available from the same website however if I'm having to constantly double check the information on RevZilla against the true information by the manufacturer it doesn't make much sense to order it from a third party.

You need to address your inventory issues for standard sizes. Also, my order was supposed to ship within one business day, but you didn't even process it until it had been three.

I ordered a helmet that I was sure would fit me, as I know I wear an XS, but it was much too large and heavy for me. I found a couple of other options on sale on the Revzilla site -- two helmets that had minor marks/scuffs and were marked down. As I was reading about your company's return policy, I was happy to see that I was able to return merchandise that didn't work for me, but hadn't meant to abuse the policy by buying several items at once, knowing I would be returning at least two of them.
I called a customer service rep today to discuss my returns, and she handled them very graciously and understood that I wasn't trying to abuse the return policy! I was thrilled to find a helmet that fits perfectly, and I look forward to purchasing additional riding accessories from Revzilla in the future.
When I tracked this order I saw that it was delivered to my old house, I had not lived there for three years. I have purchased multiple items in the past three years, they had all been paid for with paypal, yet this time your call center person says that they sent the wrong address, therefore, my brakes went to the wrong house.
I verified the shipping address when I purchased, yet you shipped incorrectly. It will be my last purchase.

Icon helmet had felt way too tight. Research suggested larger size cheek pads to relieve pressure and more room for your ears especially if you have comm. System installed. I highly recommend doing this.

I ordered two helmets and absolutely loved them. The only issue I had was shipping as the website said I would receive the item in 2 days as I pay for the rpm membership. It did not get received for 3 days but I wasn't aware the ship estimate on the website doesn't include the packing time so it may be off by a day. It was handled well by support and understanding now. As far as the size guide it was off a bit for the helmets I ordered so I will be returning one to order a larger size but they made it a very easy process and a+ rating for that.
