I had trouble finding inter tubes for my motorcycle, a guy on Reddit's suggested I use revzilla live chat and talk with an agent. I did so and he found my inter tubes in 10 minutes.
Ordered a cobra muffler for a v star. 10 days later received a box almost the size of the bike with the product slopping around inside. Opened outer box and looked at label, in big print it has a different company name I've never heard of. And it says dual mufflers for a Harley. Return in progress.
I just want to say that the shipping was great. Got it way before they said I would get and I also love the part. It's a wonderful upgrade to my bike.

Being an RPM member, all of my orders as suppose to include 2 day shipping. I placed an order for Oil and a Filter at 10AM on a Tuesday. All items in stock and noted "Ships Next Business Day". Oil ships UPS, arrive Thursday as planned. The filter ships USPS, tracking does not work, says "item awaiting pick-up". Filter delivered Tuesday the following week. I've had the same experience on multiple orders.
