I know it's not much to argue about but, there was a free shipping on orders over $45. I spent $57 and got charged $7 and change for shipping. Fair?

Paid for next and and by god it was there the next day. Product broke my car vent but that's not Revs fault.

Recently, I drove to Philadelphia store to try on a pair of riding pants, after I purchased the pants I realized that the pad should have been included however they are not. I made a call to the office number and they shipped the pads free of charged to me would highly recommend.

Good shopping experience, a lot of options. Was able to get help on helmet sizing questions. Gear is just expensive, so would have liked more sale/clearance options for women's gear

The ordering process was seamless and I received my order on time. I had an issue with zillacash and an e-gift card and the first customer service rep basically said too bad. The second rep that responded (Cody C.) went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were not overlooked and that I was taken care of. For this reason I will shop Revzilla again.

I returned products recently due to fit issues. I wish that the Revilla website was a little more transparent in giving the status of a return (received, in process, refund submitted to credit card, complete) so that I don't have to worry whether or not my return made it (unfortunately, my spouse threw away the fed ex confirmations so I cannot track 2 of the 3 returns!)

I ordered some iron worker pants. Shipping slip says size 38 (which I ordered) pants were actually size 36.(tag on pants) Now trying to figure out how to return not on my dime. Don't have time to call customer service to figure this out until next month. Why RvZilla could you have not sent me what I ordered. Pics available for anyone interested…

Revzilla was the only online store to carry the medium helmet instock at thw time of order. All of Canada was sold out so, purchase I did. My god, all the faults of the AGV Pista GP RR, the Alpinestars Supertech R10 makes up for with flying colors. The noise is way quieter, the visor has click positions
Of small oncrements, from close to fully open.AND THE VISOR STAYS OPEN. Not like the AGV. That visor falls down at the slightest movement. R10 is also not pointy in the front, like the AGV. Venting is way better, more air transfer through helmet. Comfort is about the same but the width and height of view is greater with the R10. If you're on the fence between the two helmets,go with the R0 and have zero "ragrats" lol.

Another excellent experience with Revzilla! I have been and will continue to be a loyal customer.
