Nice product but Velcro straps should have been longer as product was too tight. Had to make adjustments with some zip ties. It does work well.

Good web interface on mobile and tablet. Easy to sort through the multitude of gear options. The videos are a substantial plus for the shopping experience. ZillCash seals the deal, so to speak.

Products-wise, RevZilla has a wide selection for gear. Parts for the KLR650 might be limted, throughout the market (e.g radiator, hoses, fan recently) but for the general stuff (air filter e.g) I can trust RevZilla for the quality parts too.

I don't even bother shoping elsewhere. Convenient, good value, excellent customer support and easy to navigate.

Only thing I'd say is the processing time. My recent orders have taken a week to process. Before that, my orders would take a day to process or three days at most. Other than that? Revzilla is perfect. It has been my go to since 2016.

Fair pricing, Shipping This time was pretty bad with FedEx. They said they delivered it on time, I got it 3 days later. I went looking around to see if it was delivered somewhere else but nothing. Got it three days later. I would rather they say he was gonna be late than to say. It Was delivered. But that was FedEx fault..

I inquired about clear motorcycle Eyewear, to which a representative was able to provide me with several suggestions. I chose a pair I desired, was given information about the return policy and was able to try the Eyewear. I am responsibly keeping the Eyewear.

Great experience super fast shipping! High quality products

I ordered 4 items from RevZilla all stating as in stock on a Sunday night. Monday morning I received notices that 3 were shipping and a few days later I received them but no word on the 4th.

Friday I started a chat asking for tracking info. The rep went silent for a minute then all of a sudden I had tracking in my inbox. The rep came back and told me the item is noted as ships within 3-5 Days and this was the fifth day and I should see tracking soon. I told her I just got the tracking and it's pretty obvious she made it happen. She d nied and swore it was coincidence that that shipping label appeared at the exact moment I inquired.

I get things get missed and accidents happen but don't lie to me, just apologize and fix it, I'll appreciate that way more than being treated like I'm an idiot
