In my opinion, Revzilla has one of the most robust internet retailer presence for those of us in the motorcycle customer space. From product details, including YouTube videos, sizing charts, exhaustive, customer reviews, etc. You get it all. And when you don't get it there make a phone call and a gear guru will take good care of you… and the goods show up quickly!

I needed a gasket to complete my timing chain replacement on my xr650l. My local shops could get the gasket "by friday" however while shopping revzilla, it was marked as "by Wednesday if ordered in the next 3 hours and 47 minutes" the price was comparable so I ordered it. I contacted customer service when I noticed the gasket had shipped via USPS, and was scheduled a day late, which would have been fine, however the gasket wasn't received until Tuesday the 16th. Over a week from the time I ordered it. I ended up canceling my plans for the weekend since the bike wasn't done.

Yes, the delay is partially on USPS, but it should have never gone USPS.

Each video that is posted on Revzilla goes out of it's way to mention how easy it is to make returns if something is the wrong fit but what they are elusive about is that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This practice will keep me from ordering from them again.

These jeans fit well and are comfortable vs what I had before. The removable knee pads are a big plus and the cut and look of the jeans look seemless and does not give away that they are riding jeans (which is my main purpose for buying them for work -business casual clothing). Thank you for the sale as well.
