I ordered some side panniers for my bike, 4 weeks before a long road trip I take every year. I was anxiously waiting for them to arrive. After about a week and a half or 2 weeks I got an email saying they were canceled. I am now scrambling to find the same cases (Which are hard to find) and so I am settling for a different pannier that I hope will work for this trip. Its a brand new bike or I would have figured this out long ago.

That being said they gave me a huge 10$ discount code on my next order. Which 95% of the stuff on the website is 20% more expensive than other websites. Nice gesture, not nice that I am sorta screwed now.

Marty from customer service needs to be retrained. Mounting piece was out of stock. Couldn't give me a price. Couldn't tell me when they would come back in. Couldn't tell me anywhere else that I could get the mounting piece for my bags. Packaging for bags was very poor. Box bags came in. Arrived ripped in several places. A miracle the bags were okay. Revzilla is usually good but very disappointed this time. Probably be looking elsewhere next time.

Needed warm weather protective pants. Good selection available in various sizes. (I'm 36" short - 30" inseam) - which was no problem. The Klim Marrakesh I purchased fit well. Initially I was concerned as they are quite heavy - but on the road they are cooler than jeans and have all the necessary protection.

I ordered a 2007 zx6r rear fender eliminator and it turned out it was for a stock exhaust. I have a aftermarket exhaust so I need to order a new one. But regardless what I ordered, I did not receive all the pieces of the kit. I was missing the rear brake/tail light.

I bought this windshield and it does look a little bit different in person because it was less of a "smoked" screen and more of a "tinted black" screen. But it still looks great and the quality is there so I can't complain. I'm still very happy with my purchase.

It was easy to figure out what windscreen fit my bike and shipping was fast. The product was just what I wanted and had instructions with all the correct hardware. I'm very happy.

Dinnis kirk has stuff cheaper but did not feel like going through the process of price matching, but will be buying alot more for sons bike
