No problems yet. I was looking for waterproof saddle bags for my BMW R9t. Revzilla had them and even some on sale. I got them in a day and a half and they are excellent quality, especially for the price. I have Wunderlich bags that were almost 4 times the price that look really nice but are much smaller and leak.

This was my first purchase with RevZilla as they had the item in stock. Navigation of the website was easy as was the purchase. RevZilla post-purchase communication via email was timely and quick. I knew when shipping was initiated and with their link, was able to status shipping every day. BTW, the item was received quicker than anticipated through standard shipping.

I returned a helmet due to poor fit, and requested a refund to my credit card. It was delivered by FedEx to RevZilla on a Thursday, but now it's the following Wednesday and I still haven't received my refund. Slow, poor Customer Service.

Revzilla had the mount I was looking for and I received in just 3-4 days. It works great for my radio mount.
