Not showing my rpm credit from cyclegear. I had some credit from cycle gear through rpm that i could not see and use in revzilla site.

I accidentally ordered the wrong chain, and it didn't fit my dirtbike. Revzilla was willing to help me find the correct chain and paid the shipping for me to return the one I had. Because of this I'll continue to shop here, instead of Amazon.

Purchashed the last Legends Axeo +2 suspension for my 88 FXR and noticed it was previously opened. Didn't think much of it other than someone had purchased it and decided to go another route. 2 weeks later I take my forks apart to install the new Legends Axeos to see one of the small springs was missing. So now i have to deal with Legends to get a replacement part.

I bought a tire hwy pegs and a tube tire and tube were dead on awesome but the hwy pegs broke as soon as I tightened them down

The Rox bar risers were not the right color; they were polish silver instead of machine finish.
And the 1 1/2" rise/setback were not made to bolt onto for my 2023 RnineT Pure, even though that is the bike I was shopping for.
