The item i really wanted was out of stock with no indication of when that might change. I chose a similar tyre and it's fine. Fast shipping although I was slightly surprised that the tire wasn't wrapped at all. Just had a shipping label on it.

Ordered replacement chain guard parts (2) for my 2025 kx250x. Website did say would take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive, and it was at least 2 weeks. But they are Kawasaki parts. Arrived in mailbox vs UPS. No issues with order. Would buy again.

The products were as advertised, love the gloves. Wish I would've looked at the windshield shape better, it's not like the stock one. The shipping to Hawaii is insane, it cost more to ship to Hawaii than the cost of the gloves. Had to ship to family in the mainland for them to ship to me in order to make the purchase worth it.

No way you can find a pack this cool looking, with this quality, at that price. $149?!?!?! Seriously, just buy it, it's awesome.

Their video reviews of the products that I finally purchased ensured that I got the correct fit and understood the features. I especially appreciate that the reviews are short and to the point. I did a small amount of comparison shopping and found their prices comparable and well worth keeping this platform alive. I will continue to buy from Revzilla.

Took too long for RevZilla to ship my tire. In the past my orders were shipped day 1, took 6 or 7 days for you to start shipping.

I have been shopping with RevZilla for years and have always had a good experience with all the information and video explanations they make purchasing gear online a very informed experience. This time ai bought the Sedici Bruno Gloves for the price they are great. The sizing chart was spot on. My only small gripe is that the seems at the tips of the fingers are a bit more intrusive and stick under my finger nails a bit uncomfortably. The gloves are really well made otherwise and for the price, I feel like this is a small issue.

Received a tire that was over a year and a half old for a bike that is ridden aggressively in canyons. When I contacted customer service about exchanging I was basically told to kick rocks and that I can pay to return the tire and re order one with the hopes I get a newer tire as they have no control over how old or young tires are. Won't be dealing with revzilla again.

I've been shopping with Revzilla since 2008, and I love the experience. From Anthony's original videos to understanding all options per category, I really like the site.

I haven't used it yet, so I can't comment on the product outside of everything being intact including the packaging. It arrived when they said it would.

Up till this last order, I was very happy. I originally placed the order and just received half of it with expecting the other tire this Friday 10/10. If you go to the website it clearly says ships within 24 hours and 2 day delivery. I understand there are exclusions. In that case, remove the two day shipping. I believe y'all may need to look at the cause of the delay. I would only imagine the delay came from the warehouse and how they place the shipping label on products. I went ahead and got the Leatt MTB Hydradri 3.0 Mono Suit and I am beyond stoked!
Time and wear will be the true test of the quality but I am confident as of now.
For anyone wondering... Ordering through Revzilla website was effortless and the "Riders Preferred" program is really cool for rewards. I would recommend this outlet for quality gear to anyone!

User friendly website. However, lacks of reviews making it risky to get a product. I needed to look for reviews in another sites which makes it more time consuming. Nevertheless, once the decision was made, customer service was the difference. Quick and effective, constant email and clear communication. Great job, will be my to go place in the future for another purchase. Too bad their membership offers is paid.

Windshield came and broke around one of the holes where the bolts go in, but unfortunately, I had a ride that night so I had to put it on. I took a picture of it first, but I guess it wasn't the correct pictures they needed so they couldn't do anything about it Now I'm just using a windshield that's broken the bottom.
