My item showed as delivered, but the picture of the delivery was clearly a commercial location, not my front porch. I received a call from my local Cycle Gear later that day saying my package had been delievered there. I went and picked up the item from their location myself. Misstep by FedEx, but it was caused because my item was packed using the same packaging/tape as their store deliveries. This issue could be avoided in the future by using different packaging for home deliveries.

Shopped a good sale on winter jackets/pants. Ordered using their great website, delivered to my house in one day. Perfect. Better than shopping at a store any time.

Easy, I called customer service to get some help ordering some inner tubes and the man I talked to was knowledgeable and helpful.

The website had what I needed and pricing was great too, also shipping got here sooner than I expected thanks will shop with you again.

Supervisor I spoke with was arrogant, condescending and all around full of himself. Decided I would rather keep a product that doesn't work as claimed than put up with their return policies and the supervisor's rudeness.
Will never spend one penny or recommend Revzilla to anyone.

I bought a Rev'it Sand 5 H2O jacket at the beginning of summer. Liked the jacket but the waterproof liner failed. Returned the jacket and tried again with the same jacket. It failed, again. Revzilla worked with me on the return shipping and promptly credited my account. I went with the Klim Carlsbad and I love this jacket! It arrived quickly and in perfect condition from being shipped. Thanks!

My gloves took less than a week to ship, and since they didn't fit because the size guide doesn't acount for finger length, I have to return them. The cost for the return is only $10, which means to get a replacement pair, I only need to pay an additional $10, instead of just completely buying a new pair.

Found what I was looking for. Got it at a good price, Delivery was fast.

Over the years, I have purchased several items from RevZilla. Most purchases were made online from start to finish. Each went smoothly. On one or two occasions, I had to consult a customer service rep. They were always friendly knowledgeable and helpful.

I believe I had talked to a chat rep by the name of Juju B? Any, I was looking for a phone holder and a seat topper. She chatted with me about the two items and recommended the Wild $#*! pad and the RAM Mount system. So far I am happy with both.

I placed my order on Friday 24 Oct 25, and it arrived the next day on Saturday!

Excellent customer service.

The shopping experience and the product itself are good. I bought a windshield and upon arrival part of the shield was looking through the box. It has protective film on it. The shield is fine except for a slight mar on the very edge of it. I don't think this will impact the life of the shield, but I don't know. Suggest using boxes that better fit the product to avoid this issue.

Customer service one affirm the fitting of the part another did not. I call honda dealer to get cogitation that part will fit

Ordered the HJ 31 pinlock fog resistant lens for the HJC I10 helmet. Fits great. Haven't ridden with it yet, probably won't til next spring.
