I recieved a Cardo intercom kit that was short one of the untits, I then ordered another single kit to get the unit that was missing and then I got another kit with two units that I was supposed to get with the first kit and I got a single kit that I didn't order. At $729.00 per unit, I no have almost $2000. 00 in intercoms that were supposed to cost $729. I don't know to rectify this situation as I don't see any way to talk to a person and explain what happened and no return instructions! I will never do business with revzilla again, it's just geared to selling and not customer service.
Order processed and shipped very quickly. While I do understand and appreciate recycling boxes... the last few shipments I've received, the boxes have been in horrible condition. As in barely held together. Pretty obvious that the boxes have been around the world a few times. Shipping dept should be a bit more critical of what they are using. Especially when you consider the value of some of the items inside. And good luck if you need to return. Most likely you will need to source a new box.
Products always ship fast. Motorcycle gear is famously hard to size, but Revzilla provides reliable fitment guide utilizing reviews and manufacturer specs. Product pricing is also highly competitive. I am very impressed and look forward to shopping on Revzilla in the near future.
I ordered a new visor for my AGV K3 helmet. The order was dropped off a block or so away from me. When I looked into the situation I was asked if I could ask my neighbor for the box, which she did not have because the delivery was a fully block over. Then when revzilla tracked down the box, the home owner brought the box to my house. Then the visor did not fit. It was not even close, I tried to fit it, even tried sanding some edges, it just doesn't fit. Overall not the best experience.

I think because the store is far from Canada it's take time to long, mostly on the shiping always take it for 2 or 3 days and they're move to other shiping. But for the helmet it's Good...

I received my motorcycle gloves and it was good. But unfortunately I need a size smaller. And I see that I got to pay for the shipping label just to switch them. So instead I'm just going to have to deal with the bigger size gloves because they're manageable and the extra shipping fee cost isn't justifiable for me to switch them. I plan on using another major company going forward that covers this fee. Other than that the website is nice with a lot of information and helpful.

I bought a helmet. It arrived damaged and I made arrangements through customer service. It was a closeout helmet so I was offered a suit substitute. Very easy process.
RevZilla consistently shows items in stock online, but yet when you order the product, they don't really have it in stock. They end up shipping out the product multiple days after you order. There can be only one reason... they don't actually have the product in stock. My expectation is that if a company states they have a product in stock, it ships out the same day if ordered early enough, or at the latest the next day. RevZilla fails here.

Usually revzilla is great, but for OEM parts, shipping from the west coast when there are plenty of warehouses with the same stuff on the west coast? So what should have taken 2 days to ship took over a week. Next time I need OEM parts in a hurry I will shop local.

I have had nothing problems with RevZilla since the first purchase I made when I got my motorcycle. Currently speaking I am being refused the ability to purchase (and so is anybody in my whole family) due to an misunderstanding that resulted in a dispute being filed that is a whopping $50. It has been canceled but as these things take time to process, it's going to take up to 75 days for them to receive the info I have offered to pay them the $50 I have tried to negotiate just to use my account because I slid out on my bike and compacting my helmet and ripped my gear up. I'm fine but I need new gear. I'm a daily commute driver. They refuse to let me pay the $50 they will not let me purchase new gear even under my old ladies account that's not associated just because there's something they can connect two with so I'm currently riding around with ripped up destroyed gear and a wrecked helmet driving 100 miles a day all over a $50 dispute that's been canceled. I'm not a rich man. I have a family two kids. I'm a 1099 employee when I have take it loan my aunt uncle cosign with me and I pay it and that's how this all started my uncle forgot about a transaction that he authorized because I didn't have the cash at the time and I paid him back the following Friday and due to that he filed a dispute and now I cannot replace my riding gear and they will not do anything to work with me to deal with the situation because I'm not perfect and rich.

It looks better on the bike than I thought it would. Didn't know if would fit at first and really didn't want to waste my own time if it didn't. So I messaged them for more specific details which was very helpful. It fits and went in easy. Took me about 30 minutes to install.
As always, super easy to order through Revzilla, especially with the online product reviews helping to choose the right options. I also had the opportunity to try the jacket on in the Revzilla store as well before purchasing. The jacket is great, really good quality and is exactly what I had wanted.

Ordered Drag Specialties replacement jiffy stand spring for my '04 Road King, and it arrived in a timely manner. Installation was not as simple as some YouTube videos made it seem, but once I got it on, it worked perfectly. When I need a new spring, I'll certainly order from RevZilla.
