I ordered two sets of brake pads for my motorcycle, a 2019 Triumph Bonneville Speed Twin. The website indicated they would fit. When they arrived they were clearly the wrong shape and each set held two pads per caliper, while the bike's calipers use four smaller pads per caliper. I then had to print off and sign a return authorization page, and re-package and pay to ship them back. If I had gotten the correct items, I would not have returned them, but now I am annoyed with the loss of my time and the lack of progress on getting the brake pads replaced.

I called in to price match an item I had seen previously on the RevZilla website and the rep i talked to basically called me a liar and hung up on me. I have never felt so embarrassed, I felt like they thought I was trying to pull a fast one on them. Days later a RevZilla rep called to apologize because indeed the price i had seen was correct and their system had experienced a glitch. I had been recommended to revzilla as I am part of a large group of riders (300+) and I've been telling them to no longer shop with RevZilla due to how I was treated.

The tank is blocking the 2 stroke oil fill cap. Have to pull the tank each time to check/fill the oil.

I ordered some new bolts to replace the old rusted bolts that hold the front rack on my Honda four wheeler. The order was for 6 bolts, and I received 5. Fortunately I found a bolt that fit on a disabled Honda car that is patiently sitting in my back yard. No big deal. The car is scrap anyway. And my front rack is back on my four wheeler. Just thought I'd let y'all know. Thank you for all you do.
