Easy process but they sent an opened item and it was missing parts. The process to replace it was good but took time. Issue comes down to they had a return in stock that didn't have all the parts in the box.

Title says it all; Revzilla as a company and its reps are phenomenal, wholesome, empathetic, helpful, calm, and receptive. The boots I ordered are a little uncomfortable but for the low price I paid I cannot complain since they are placeholders until I get better boots. USPS was horrible; I paid for 2 day shipping (which Revzilla was kind enough to refund) but my product wasn't scheduled to arrive until 5 days after it had shipped and then hurricane hit so it was delayed by several more days (hurricane delay I understand but for 2-day shipping it should have arrived before hurricane). Either way, none of my negative experience was at the fault of Revzilla and if anything their consistency ensured my continued shopping at their website simply because of how confident I am that if things go wrong, they are just as likely to help protect me as most other companies are as likely to help protect themselves in simipar situations.

Revzilla is awesome! They have everything you need for motorcycling, and if you find it cheaper somewhere else, they'll match the price. They ship orders out fast, and they always arrive on time.

The videos they make about their products are really helpful, and they're really good at helping with warranty issues and returns. I recently bought a "used" item from them, and it was in perfect condition.

Making the order and the product met the expectation, but the box was delivered with the original tape completely ripped away, and it is not clear who closed it again with scotch tape.

I purchased a shad 44 L top carrier. The description said it came with everything to mount on my Honda Trout. It took a little figuring… But everything mounted perfectly. I would recommend this product.
