The pinlock lens I purchased said it was a fit for my helmet. When I got it, it was the wrong size. Was told they didn't carry the one I needed after contacting CS. I had to pay for the return shipping so basically I'm money and got nothing
The crash bar that I received was missing the bolts and plate that were needed to install it. You could see where the company Rivilla had put tape over a torn part of the box.
Pretty simple really. I needed a specific headlight for my Bonneville T120, I found it on the Revzilla site, I ordered it and it came to my home right on time and the product is amazing!
I love the rubbers you shell for my motorchyle! I got some of them there nuclear zomby mutant tires and wew boy do they rip on dirt roads and gravel. And by rip I mean I am still doing like 15mph so I dont wipe out, we gotta ride schmart right? <.<
After placing my order I received an email essentially saying "get ready… your items are on their way". It would arrive in about 5 days (great, right?). Then I get a message saying "there is a problem", now the package is going arrive two days "sooner" than originally estimated. Sounds like a good "problem" right? Well it never did arrive on that day. Then I get a email saying "Brace Yourself – Its almost here!", implying it would arrive the next day. Which turns out to be the original ETA (i.e. About 5 days from order). The package does not arrive the next day, and the shipping status was then non-existent on Revzilla & Fedex. After contacting Revzilla Customer Service, 9 days after the original order date, I was told I would have to wait another 4 days before they could file a claim with Fedex. Then mysteriously 10 days after the original order date, the package shows up. One of the items did not have the same P/N or Size details I ordered, but turned out it was ok to use after consulting the manufactures website. I understand product substitution situations can arise, but it must be conveyed to the customer prior to accepting the order and shipping the product. So…. Overall poor communication… I would not rely on Revzilla if I had trip planed and did not have a big window to cope with delays and possible wrong part. I've used Revzilla in the past and did not experience this type of problem.

My 3 star rating is due to an error in mailing address on your end that took several calls to remedy and resulted in a delayed shipment and an order traveling to a fictional address. In then end the challenges were resolved and I got what I'd ordered, but the "hassle" made the process unpleasant to start.

There appeared to be a delay with order suggesting the items were out of stock. I telephoned and a rep. Assured me he would follow up and track my order personally and get the items delivered by my requested date. Both items arrived as he committed.
