I took a little tumble and needed to replace my helmet. After a bit of looking around I found a deal at RevZilla that made me happy.
I received my helmet in a very reasonable amount of time, in perfect shape, at a reasonable price.

I am new to riding motorcycles. I was not sure of what I needed. The salesman figured out what I was trying to ask for and my problem was solved.
I enjoy shopping for motorcycle gear on the RevZilla website because they provide a lot of useful information about the products they sell. Most of the products have lots of reviews, a thorough description, and a little video describing the product.
The first pair of Dainese Carbon 4 gloves I ordered using the manufacturers size chart. This was a full size smaller than I needed (couldn't even get my hand in them). After returning and getting a new pair they fit just fine. The only thing brining my rating down was having to pay a return fee. This will deter me from future RevZilla purchases as I can get them elsewhere without the imposed fee.
Product I ordered was not delivered initially and with one email a replacement was sent and shipped immediately.
I was able to find what I wanted pretty easily. I placed the order on a holiday weekend and still got the order quickly.
I've always had great experiences with RevZilla in the past, but my recent issue with ordering a motorcycle battery has been extremely disappointing. Initially, I ordered the wrong battery for my bike, and customer service was very helpful in providing a link to order the correct one. Unfortunately, the battery I ordered through their link turned out to be incorrect as well.
To make matters worse, the replacement battery was "in process" for a long time. I had to contact customer service again to address the issue, and they said it may have been lost in transit and they had to "investigate" the situation, which delayed the process even further. By the time they resolved it and sent me another battery, it still didn't fit my bike.
When I contacted customer service again, they advised me to return the battery for store credit and sent me yet another link to the "correct" battery. However, when I tried to order it, the website said it wouldn't fit my bike. Upon calling back, I was told the site might be incorrect and that I should call the manufacturer directly for faster assistance. With my busy work schedule, I wasn't able to call immediately, and in the meantime, my current battery died. I ended up needing to buy a replacement locally.
I then asked RevZilla if I could get a refund instead of store credit, given the situation. Though my return was past the 90-day policy, the battery was unused and in its original packaging, and the customer service representative acknowledged the issue wasn't my fault. She agreed to process a one-time refund and even emailed me for my credit card details. However, days later, I received an email saying I had been issued store credit instead.
When I followed up, I was told the earlier refund approval was a mistake, and only store credit could be issued. Despite providing evidence of the email promising a refund, I was told there was nothing more they could do.
This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. The incorrect battery links, lost shipment, lack of product knowledge, and inconsistent communication made a bad situation worse. While I used to trust RevZilla for my motorcycle needs, this experience has left me disappointed and questioning whether I'll shop here again.
*UPDATE: they have contacted me and refunded my account so I appreciate they did that.
I've ordered plenty of times from RevZilla never had an issue. I just needed more battery tenders since I have lots and lots of toys. And these were cheap and they work just great

The helmet I ordered looks fantastic and It was competitively priced, had high quality packaging, and the emails they sent along the way to update me on the delivery date made me chuckle.
I was able to quickly and easily select the helmet that I had wanted. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition for me to get out and use it.
Order arrived on time, undamaged, and exactly as ordered. No complaints.
