I ordered rear brake pad for my 2004 Kawasaki ZRX1200R I received SBS rear brake pads 556LS each pad is 0.075 inches two thick compared to the original Kawasaki pads. This reduces the gap to engage the caliper and pads over the disc by an "1/8th inch therefore will not work.

Couldn't find what i needed contacted costumer support and they sent me the link to exactly what i needed!

It claims to prise match any product as per their conditions and it stands true to their word. I found Kriega Hydration bag a bit cheaper elsewhere from the price listed. Provided them with the link and the price matched the product.

Finding size charts are counter intuitive and misleading.

Spent 30$ on the face shield and shipping. Your charging me shipping to return the wrong product so bottom line I initially spend $30 for the product and shipping and will net $12 if I return it. Enjoy my $30 because I will never shop Revzilla again

The jacket was supposed to be missing the back protector but also was missing a thumb loop. I was told I would receive zillo credit but haven't yet.

I understand money is always the bottom line, but when I say RevZilla is one of the good few left out there, I mean it. Of all the parts I ordered, one was defective and had a bolt snap on me. Jed from their customer support only asked me to send a picture of what happened and then approved the return for a refund. No questions asked. A little gesture like that goes a very long way with customers. I want to be able to buy without wondering about "what ifs" and the hassle that could be involved. Thank you, RevZilla and Jed. As long as I need to find parts for my motorcycle, I'll now always check RevZilla first.
