Hello so I bought a new 2xl answer helmet. I currently have a xl answer helmet and its a little tight. The one I ordered (2Xl) is notably smaller. I was going to return the helmet but my son had ordered from a competitor and they failed to ship the order. He tried on thr helmet and its a perfect fit for him. My son wears a size large helmet. Helmet looks great though and my son is very excited.

I have an '06 Honda Shadow Sabre that needed to have it's rectifier and stator replaced. In doing this job, I noticed a few, other bolts, etc. missing from my ride along with the gaskets that needed to be replaced as part of the job. I ride my bike two to three times a week for work/appointments and so found the shipping updates very helpful!

RPM subscribers are supposed to get 2 day shipping. 4 out of 5 orders have not shown up in 2 days. The fed ex labels are standard ground shipping, not second day. If the whare house that it is coming from is far away, you will not get it in 2 days

I received a $10 gift of Revzilla dollars. I didn't need anything in particular (well I want some boots but I'll get them later) so in order to use these dollars before they disappeared, I ordered some reflective stickers to apply to my motorcycle. They came quickly and will be useful to make the bike more visible.
The purchase was easy and no problems. The buttload of emails I received from the one single purchase has shown me never to do business with this company again.

Shopping here at the Costa Mesa Store is always a memorable experience it is not what I buy but why I buy what I end up with. If there are 200 jackets then Scott will find the Perfect one for me because he asks the right questions and with his amazing brain like a living Chat GPT. I want to shop here even when I do not need anything because I always find something to improve my life and the safety of it. His crew are also so very experienced and super cool. I came in from the rain and when I was looking around one of them was cleaning and polishing my helmet and air drying it! My riding experience is great everyday because of this Revzilla Costa Mesa shop and all its employees. It's annoying that there are multiple sites of the same thing such as cycle gear but they are separate. However there are a few items that revzilla had the other didnt and somehow was able to get a better discount for the few items that they both had. It worked out for me overall and i had no issues.
Revzilla is the only online retail website outside of amazon that I use and trust. Thanks for always having great customer service, prices and for shipping to Puerto Rico for a fair rate. That truly makes my life so much better. Keep up the awesome work on Youtube!

EXCELLENT, as always! Revzilla had my sizes in stock, and the sale price was fantastic. Everything arrived in the usual rapid fashion, packed very carefully.
Getting my first bike so I have been working on getting all my gear. A friend recommended RevZilla so I went and checked it out. About 85 % of my stuff has come from RevZilla and I haven't been disappointed yet.
Revzilla is of course best known for aftermarket parts, tires, and gear. But the OEM parts department is a hidden gem, and very convenient, with fast shipping (when parts are in stock) and reasonably accurate estimates of availability timing when not.
The parent company, Comoto Holding, is complacent in allowing Revazilla and JP cycles to conduct false advertisement. Furthermore, they hire "leaders" like Dean for JP cycles who would rather be combative than helpful when dealing with an upset customer because of the LIES the company is conducting.
I have receipts.
1. JP. Offering a hoodie in a photo then sending the wrong one MULTIPLE TIMES, but Dean sad it's going to continue to happen. Hope that line was monitored and recorded. High hopes that they'll get a 1000 dollar order right if they can't even get a 50 dollar order right.
Next, Rev. Why do we advertise ships in 24 hours, again I have receipts, on items that you drop ship and don't actually ship? I paid for next day shipping because of how you advertised and item and made it appear it would arrive. This is deceptive and you know it.
Companies who practice excuses and dishonesty are not worth spending money on.
