I received my jacket with a damaged button, I submitted my claim and the claims group support was excellent, there was not any availables jacketsnfor replacing the damaged one but offered me to return the jacket and receive a full refund or to keep it a obtain a partial refund.

Very good experience. Great price on a nice helmet. Haven't worn a Bell helmet in many years, and never worn one for street use before.

Finding the parts I needed was quick and simple. Easy to pay for after I ordered. Free shipping was another plus. I waited for the postal service for 5 days while the order set 50 miles away. 12 days from order time to delivery. Missed a couple good days for riding. O well $#*! happens.

I received the jacket ordered for my grandson on Nov. 28. The size was too small so we reordered a larger size. There was no return sticker so we wrote the address onto the box and mailed it. It cost $51 to mail the first jacket back.
