Honestly, I don't know which order I'm reviewing as I have had two, but I can say the same for both. Got tires for one son and heated gloves for the other. Found both items easily, lucky me they were on good sale, and incredibly fast shipping. RevZilla was really on it's game this holiday season! Both sons were very happy.

I have shopped with Revzilla a few times now and never had any issue. I love Revzilla as a company and i trust buying from you guys as you offer easy returns. BUT this time my package was 4 DAYS LATE with zero updates for over 3 days. I placed my order on 12/12/24, with a delivery date of 12/20/24 but my package did not arrive until 12/24/24. You guys should really consider changing shipping companies, as Fedex has begun to garner a really, REALLY BAD reputation of being extremely unreliable. Even Fedex's customer service has gotten worse as they offer NO options for help or even TRY to assist anyone who calls in. There have even been Fedex drivers caught on video simply throwing packages in their trucks away or dumping them on the side of the road. Every day i see new posts on social media about fedex "delivering" packages to the wrong house, street, town and even STATE. Even my local Post Office has been having issue with Fedex claiming they "attempted" delivery when they never did and prior to my package arriving they had not seen a SINGLE fedex driver for nearly a week. Right now Fedex has the worst reputation of them all. Id rather you guys consider using UPS or even DHL would be a better choice. As Fedex's bad reputation COULD cause Revzilla's reputation to become worse. And personally, i do NOT think that Revzilla should suffer due to Fedex's bad management and even worse service.
