Ordered a helmet the week before Christmas when I saw they could get it to me by the 24th. After 24 hours I received an email apologizing for lack of follow up, saying it would not be possible to get it to me by Christmas, and offering a $40 credit for future purchases. When I followed the tracking, the shipper promised deliver by Monday! No harm, no foul, and excellent customer service following up!

I bought a saddleman seat for my 2020 Heritage 114 i was not sure how the seat was supposed to be mounted as the brackets were not included i found instructions on how two but it only shows the singal bracket for other softails that mount up with 1 bolt only i contacted sales and they assured me it was the correct seat and that i need to use my old bracket so now the seat is on the bike and looks awsome these guys are great thank you so much
I had a low side crash on new tires and needed a new helmet. I ordered a new Shoei RF 1400 in black. When it arrived I found I had ordered gloss not matte, so I returned it (in my defense, things were a little fuzzy right then). Then I realized I didn't put it back in the helmet bag (again, fuzzy). I called and spoke with a guy who was super helpful. He set up a new return just for the bag and gave me a 10% discount on the helmet for surviving and riding. Revzilla is the only place to purchase motorcycle stuff!

Helmet ordered on 12/15, guaranteed to be on time for Christmas. Delayed shipping notification received on 20th. Contacted customer service who couldn't upgrade shipping. Next day received shipping notification to be here by 12/24. I didn't receive until 12/27. Now returning helmet because I purchased from another retailer who got it to me overnight and made it in time for Christmas but now have to pay $10 shipping to return helmet that didn't arrive on time but was guaranteed to nor would anyone upgrade shipping.

After receiving my order, I noticed the gloves fit slightly different - one pinky was larger than the other. RevZilla was quite to offer a replacement pair & credit to resolve the issue. Can't yet comment on the gloves, but ended up with an XL. I measured out to about 8" for hand length and 9" for hand circumference - the extra bit of length helps the fit when actually riding.
Ordered two dirt bike fenders. The front fender is correct, and exactly what I ordered, but the rear fender I received is not what I was expecting, as it is different from the one pictured on the website. Not very happy, as I wanted, and was expecting, one like was pictured on the website. I would not have ordered the one I received if I'd known a head of time it is what I'd be getting. Please fix the picture so future buyers know what to expect when placing an order for this rear fender.
