Ordered a non-folding ramp instead of a folding ramp, Revzilla was great on issuing RMA and return label. Posting return credit took a few phone calls; long after expected credit should have been posted, customer service didnt know what was going on in that regard,
It took separate emails to get credit posted. So, one star on returns.

Easy to navigate website, found what I needed, ordering process was quick and simple, item arrived in a decent amount of time. No complaints here!

Will definitely be ordering more parts, I do feel as though I need to do a lot of research to make sure I'm ordering the right thing but I got exactly what I expected and look foward to customizing my bike more

I have been a RevZilla customer for years. As much as I'd like to patronize my local dealer for accessories, the prices and service they offer can't match RevZilla! My recent purchase was an HJC helmet. I have a huge head (5XL helmet size) and it was impossible to find one locally. I ordered a helmet and it arrived quickly - within 5 days. Sadly, it didn't fit as expected so it needed to be returned. I requested a return authorization (which was easy to do) and sent the initial order back while simultaneously ordering another model of the same size. It arrived just as fast as the first, and the returned helmet was quickly credited to my card. The product videos on the site are incredibly detailed and thorough, leaving no questions unanswered. These folks know their stuff and they understand the needs of all types of riders!

They shipped three tiny screws in separate packages one time it was a small box that was way bigger than the screw and then i got two separate plastic envelopes. Imo not ideal, id rather just get one package.

Foot pegs look and feel like quality items. Only reason not at 5 stars is I feel they should come with new cotter pins
