I paid extra for two-day delivery. My brakes were not delivered in two days. They arrived in four. The first day the order sat in your hands and nothing happened. By the time it got processed, even after I paid a premium price, it then got rolled into the ridiculous "weekend" and again, nothing happened. Not a word from you folks as to the why you screwed it up. I will not be purchasing another product from your sources and I will share my experience with all other riders in my sphere. (used to be a regular moto journalist and routinely interact with hundreds of other riders in all levels of participation) I look forward to sharing my story with all my friends. You guys run a shabby operation. In a competitive world of product sales and a market that is slow, at best, this is a very poor example of how a supposedly top notch company conducts its business.

I have never ordered from your site before. I just got off the phone with your customer service and they were super nice, friendly and patient. She answered all my questions and it put me at ease before i pulled the trigger on my new helmet. This has been a long time coming for me and I can't wait! So psyched you had this one on sale.

Yeah, so I got the helmet and it's beautiful. I try it on and I like it a lot, but I don't love it. I ordered it in the XL, because that's what I had before, but it felt a bit loose. I thought about it for a few days, watched a bunch of videos on other helmets and decided to return this helmet and get another helmet. I'm looking for something I can put an intercom system in and so I can listen to music, etc. After much consideration it looks like I'm going to go with the Arai Conair X I think it is. Expensive, but looks like a premium helmet and it will be quieter than the modular system.

Sizing was way off. Description did not match product. Not a skinny jean guy.
