Easy! Good deal ordered on a Friday afternoon and received on following Wednesday. Slow email notifications

I received my order but it was incomplete. I contacted RevZilla and within a few emails and a couple of days they had resolved my issue. Will definitely order from them again.

This is my first time using Revzilla. Im very impressed. The communication is amazing, shipped as fast as possible! Good products!

I've ordered these brake pads before, no issue with the product. However, they use both the slowest and most careless packing for standard shipping. It took like 8 days for something the size of a small book and they arrived in a decently sized box, having jostled around so much in shipping that the bubble wrap had loosened and one brake pad moved about, sustaining some wear and tear. Not enough to require a return, but with such a crucial part, you'd think some care would be implied. When I attempted to report this to RevZilla, their site crashed each time.

I was able to find the helmet I wanted in the right size. Can't wait to use it when motorcycle weather gets here

There prices are very low and i was very surprised on how fast it was delivered! Will definitely start using them more and with riding weather here for sure.

Found the helmet cheaper on a different site but it messed up so I got it from y'all for 20 more 🤘 but y'all give me some cash back which is cool

The boots I ordered for my husband arrived in excellent condition and on time. They look stylish and provide a lot of needed ankle support for dual sport riding. The boots are made of quality materials He will get years of use and enjoyment from these boots.

I bought a helmet for which the size guide was very inaccurate so unfortunately it does not fit. I wanted to exchange for another size but they don't do exchanges, you have to return and then make another purchase. Also, for returns, the buyer pays return shipping--not something you see often from big companies these days. Luckily the customer service rep I spoke to waived the return shipping price for me, which I appreciated, but I'm still waiting on my refund. I'll probably purchase my helmet elsewhere since I'd prefer a more streamlined exchange policy.

I wanted to try a different DOT dirt bike knob and RZ had it in stock, just like pretty much anything else motorcycle-related you could want. The price was good, and like my previous purchases, it showed up in about two business days. What more could you want!

Since Comoto ownership, Revzilla is not the same. Receiving pre-opened products, incorrect products, incorrectly described products, constant shipping issues and Amazon quality packaging and damage is the norm. Thankfully their customer service representatives are still awesome. If not for the constantly needed after sales support, I would not be coming back to Revzilla for purchases. The Riders Club is a joke, I'm not paying extra for services that used to be complimentary.
