I found what I wanted in a tire set and a place to have them mounted closer to my home thanks to Cycle Gear. Great to have a twoferone shopping experience!

I was stuck on the side of the road with a blown out front tire. I ordered a new tire and had it shipped to the shop for repair. The original tire was lost in transit and could not be replaced until an investigation was complete which was taking more than 5 -7 business days. The staff at Revzilla was able to help replace the tire and get it shipped to me quickly after complications with communication between Fed ex and Revzilla so i could get back on the road after losing valuable travel time. The Revzilla staff were friendly and able to help even during the frustrations being experienced by me. Thank you for the great resolution.

The service at Revzilla in general has been declining steadily over the last few years. Things never ship or arrive on time. You used to place an order, and within a few days the products would be at your door. Now things seemed to be dropped shipped from smaller business all over, and lead times are unpredictable at best.

I've spent thousands at revzilla over the years, and when possible my money will be going elsewhere now.

Had to return jacket. After following the sizing chart, ordered a XL. There was no way it would fit. Even with the liner removed. Returned and ordered a 2XL. A little ticked that I had to pay the return shipping after I followed the sizing chart. These run smaller, go bigger.

Shipping was slow especially when I pay for 2 day shipping. Seems a little absurd that I have to pay for the "membership" while on a different competitors site I don't have to and the return of something doesn't fit right it's free. Don't have to buy the membership for free returns. Nor thier version of the rpm cash.

I had a great experience, feel like I received a great deal on this jacket from Revzilla. I also hit up the online chat because I thought that what I had purchased (only 1 left in stock according to the online account) had been spoken for. The online person did, in fact, confirm that I had ordered the correct one.

Bout about 1500$ in gear for my wife to start her motorcycle journey. Revzilla is basically the Amazon of all things Moto. Wish the military discount was a bit more substantial but at least yall have one!

Love my new HJC i91 helmet. Funny that the measured cm indicated a medium helmet, but my earlier HJC was a large - glad I went with the large again as there's no way that the medium would have fit given how tight the large is already.
