Good product thicker windshield need to get cleaning products

This is my 2nd Scorpion EXO. Great quality and features considering the cost. Scorpion's size large is a perfect fit for my 23 1/4" circumference noggin. Fast shipping from the Revzilla crew.

Order the part, and it showed up quickly. It was exactly what I needed and ordered.

I ordered an air filter and two new tires at the same time. The ordering process went very well and prices were good. Five stars to this point. I did have a bit of trouble figuring out that they were being sent in two separate shipments by two different shippers. The first shipment was the air filter through the Post Office, but the email notification looked like it was for all three items. The day after the air filter arrived I received a second email showing the tires had been shipped through FedEx. The tires arrived as scheduled on the second email and I am set for the summer. Confusing, but all ended well.

Ease of use, availability of products and range, all 5 stars. Albeit slightly more expensive than the market, and I'm a fan of your YouTube channel

It is a real cotton t shirt. You know like we wore in the 80's and 90's growing up. These are not those thin elastic type shirts that shrink in the dryer first wash.

Ordered two oil filters. Got two oil filters. So fast, I freaked.

I ordered 2 items, a Givi tank bag and the adapter ring for my motorcycle. The ring shipped almost immediately, and I received it within 2 days. My tank bag did not ship, and I was proactively provided no information on its status. When I visited the site to check on its progress, I was given the message that it was "In process". I was originally told it would ship in 5-7 days. It shipped, I believe, on the 8th day. I'm less bothered about the delay than I am about the lack of communication regarding the delay. There was no indication when I ordered that the item was not immediately available or back-ordered.

Then the return process I had to pay for shipping, if the customer rep had the correct info I would not have ordered the parts.

As always, found something I needed for a trip that was coming up in a week. Revzilla came through as they always do. Suit showed up in time and was just what I needed.
