Looked up what I needed found it ordered it, was here faster then I thought in good sharp I was happy and cheaper then other places

I was looking for a motorcycle hat for my husband at the last minute. I was able to get the hat shipped overnight right before the holiday weekend. I wasn't expecting it to get delivered so quickly! I will be ordering more for RevZilla in the future!

I ordered an axle for x3 64 inch. What I received was a axle for a 72 inch. Thinking maybe I done wrong I called & lady told me I ordered correct axle & sorry for there fault. No problem. When she found the correct axle was going to charge $100 more... No thank you I went 2 can am shop got the axle I need no wait no hassle. She sent me a return label & I returned

Straightforward and fast. Theres always been a product information video for each thing I've wanted to buy, though its hard to find at first if you don't know where on the page to look, because there isn't always a video window, but instead there's a play button at the beginning of an items picture list and if you click that, it takes you to a relevant video. Overall well designed site, and lack of stock seems to be more on the end of whatever company whose product isn't available and not anything on Revzillas end. There's an unfortunate need to buy well established products over cheaper products because part replacement is hit or miss with non established companies…so if you want there to be a pinlock available for your helmet visor, better make sure you have a very popular helmet from a well established company, or the well will dry up pretty fast.

I ordered this helmet on a Monday, with regular shipping. It came the next day, in less than 24 hours. I ordered this for my nephew for his 17th birthday. I gave it to him the day it arrived which was his Birthday! Later that day he got into a motorcycle accident and the helmet saved his life. Thank you so much!

I ordered a KlockWerks Flare shield and received a dark smoke rather than a light tint shield.
The box was mislabeled by the vendor.

Fits me perfectly. Leather is very comfortable to wear. Will try it out with my Aprilia on a sunny weather here in the Philippines. Now I feel more protected than riding in moto jeans.

I have never had an issue with revzilla prior to 2016. But lately it's gotten worse after they were bought out. Same with JP cycles. Shipping is never quick anymore and i have received wrong parts for my bike multiple times
