My order was shipped promptly. Everything went better than expected

I received my helmets quickly, and the tracking was accurate. I was worried about buying helmets online but they were packaged securely to prevent damage. I am definitely keeping one, and the other I am not sure about due to the size. I wish sizing was more standardized, or that there was a better way to try helmet sizes out besides just using measuring tape since that's not the full story of how it will fit.

They are great to work with. I would highly recommend purchasing from revzilla. If not for the fact that your money helps fund ctxp.

Installed the Puig sports screen on my 2016 Ducati Multistrada 1200 Enduro. At the lowest setting, clean air hits my upper chest, and at the highest setting, clean air is right above my visor. Exactly what I was looking for from a summer screan.

I accepted the tire because it was in good condition, it's a rear tire, and I can trust that it was stored properly. However, when I buy a tire, I expect it to be no older than 1.5 years old. The tire I got is 2 years old. I'd like to see the option to buy a tire with an age option. Maybe I don't care if it's 3 years old since I'll go through it in 1 year. But other times, like my front tire, I may expect 3 years, and having a 2-year-old put on pushes the limit on the safety of a front tire being used more aggressively.

I've spent thousands of dollars through Revzilla over the years, both online and in store. Customer service has always been top notch, no matter what the situation might be, good or bad. They are SO easy to work with. And their prices on products are always very competitive if not the best. Shipping and packaging are top notch as well. I would, have, and will continue to recommend shopping at Revzilla.

1st coat too small. You don't exchange so had to get another.

Almost always have what I'm looking for and once ordered, received quickly and accurately.

Shipping takes a long time when you are in the west coast and the item is shipping from east coast. And if you need to "exchange" it's about 2-3 weeks ordeal just to get a refund and the correct item. They don't have exchange. Only return. So I suggest getting two sizes that you might think will fit you so you can return the item. Also, you. Might have to pay for return shipping.

I apparently ordered the wrong tire but u guys got it all straightened out and made my experience a great one!

Ordered a visor for my helmet RevZilla had it stock shipped it out via usps the day it was supposed to arrive I received notice that it had been returned back to RevZilla because of address issue. Called customer care they took care of it with minutes I received an email saying they shipped it out second day free of charge via fed ex. Very happy with their service and the product.
