Ordered one Michelin rear tire. When it was delivered it was bundled with another tire that I did not order. Contacted Customer Service, they provided a shipping label to return the un-ordered merchandise. Now waiting in suspense for FedEx to actually deliver the merchandise so I won't be charged for something I didn't order.

The parts i received were correct and what i wanted my only complaint is a common one that shipping with FedEx sucks they are terrible with tracking and ETA's. Bag of parts came showing signs of being mishandled (rips box inside of bag crushed, no damage to parts though). Delivery was later than original estimated delivery date.

I love how easy shopping at Revzilla is, my only wish is they would carry more and make it easier to filter to CE slide rated gear. Lots will say CE rated but it has to do with the color or something like that and not the official slide rating.

They arrived fast and secure. Not my first time buying at revzilla. Definitely not the last one. Thank you

I had been looking at a Klim Induction Pro jacket for a while but my size was sold out. I subscribed to be notified when it was back in stock, but never got an email. I looked on the site one day and managed to snag the last jacket in my size that had been put up. It was easy from there! Fast shipping, I was able to track my order and delivery was fine (despite being a day later than expected and the box being roughed up a bit.). I'll continue to purchase things from Revzilla.

Great service, but the product I ordered didn't live up to its hype. Scratched first time I cleaned it and it's not very clear. I don't use it, I find its better without it.
